HRP Chapter Restart

Okay so due to recent events, a vote was called for the restart of the current HRP Chapter. So, here are the options: we either restart Chapter 3, or delete Chapter 3 and continue Chapter 2.

Is there a reason there's no 'continue Chapter 3' option?

well we would but things are hectic right now and it would probably be better to fix everything from the start. Think of it this way: we're in a car that's stalled, and we need to fix it first if we want to go forward.

(and no we're not downhill so no releasing the brakes for you buster)
