Okay so was mulling over the idea of another reboot to the zrp, however first and foremorst it does not mean the current zrp is ending. This is just another rp that goes on while the ZRP-2 is still going and they don't take place in the same universe.
Now the new zrp would take place on day one of the outbreak. There’d be, in rp time, at most an hour from the first post before the zombies begin attacking in large numbers. Start with little things before hand, like reports on the news or hearing a larger than normal number of sirens.
For characters, have them be anywhere from late teens to mid-twenties; this rp is about people who have never had real combat experience, be it in hand to hand combat or firing weapons, thrust into a world where the dead are eating people and the living turn on eachother. Characters are meant to be vulnerable, terrified, and some of them (or at least NPC’s) in denial of what’s happening. No one gets to say “It’s a zombie outbreak,” or be able to kill a zombie and think of it as easy. The tone here would be on par to waking up to 9/11 really.
Setting…….up for debate really. Year would be 2014, and set in the last three months of the same year. Location would probably be a city of some sort, large population zone.
Zombies would start out as traditional normals (slow, moaning, etc.) however as the story progresses some begin to mutate. Some get faster, others become hulking brutes., etc.
Storywise, not much for a plot beyond survive, yet anyway. Not just the zombies but the degradation of society. People will turn on each other, some will show their true colors. In this rp, people will show how good, or twisted they can become.
Oh and for the love of God……..no sex until six, I repeat SIX CHAPTERS HAVE GONE BY. Not even a mention of it really, like someone got out of bed with someone else. Everyone is single, and everyone is either a virgin or they haven’t had any in weeks.
