"Oh, him" Said Madrazo, the boss of a notorious mexican drug cartel. "Don't send anyone after him. He'll disappear, and then you'll walk into your home one day, and you'll see military-grade C4 plastered to every wall, and if you have a garage, all the brakes will be cut or the gas tank will be sabotaged." The cartel leader cleared his throat. "He's very quiet, you'll never see him face to face unless that's what he wants. None of my men have ever been able to trail him, in fact, some of them end up in car crashes because someone cut the brakes to their car, or their bike. I stopped sending people to track him down because of that, you know. He's never interfered with my business operations, but he's well known for stealing money from banks without them knowing - Have you watched the news recently? Someone stole 2.3 million dollars from the Pacific Standard Public depository bank. I believe that was him."

The man sitting across from Madrazo was a bald headed, tattoo covered russian. His name was Peter Korivic, on the street he was named "Little Peter." He wanted some guy dead for allegedly foiling one of his operations in the form of an anonymous phone call tip off. One of his lackeys brought up the idea that some guy from a rival gang had done it, which lead to the idea that this guy whom Madrazo had simply referred to as "him". Whether or not the lackey was telling the truth, didn't matter, what mattered was that Peter got a message across to any other rival gang that he wasn't to be fucked with. So he went to Madrazo, the guy who he occasionally helped smuggle drugs or sell drugs on the street. What he didn't know, and only just now learned, was that Madrazo couldn't touch the guy. They had played a game of Cat and Mouse, only the roles of who was the Cat and who was the Mouse was uncertain. This russian gang leader regretted making it public that he was going to make this guy pay.

Little Peter left Madrazo's mansion worried. He had a good hour to an hour and a half drive home, to the suburbs of Los Santos. His brakes worked fine, and for that he was a little relieved. It was silly really, he thought to himself, that he, the leader of a gang, who had served his time, and was known to be a tough guy, should be scared of some little shit who blew the whistle on his operation. He spent much of the ride home thinking about what he would do about the whole thing and he decided on an old fashioned man hunt. The only problem was that nobody knew what this guy looked like. He could be anybody. The only thing they knew for certain, was that he was man. Little Peter's thoughts drifted to his girlfriend, and wondered if she'd be safe. As his thoughts turned, his worry returned.

At Madrazo's Mansion, Madrazo's wife, Patricia, sits next to a young man, in his 20's, eating dinner. The young man has long hair that is brown with blonde streaks in it, that appear randomly, and are perfectly natural. His hair is tied back into a pony tail, and he sports a leather jacket with jeans and boots. "Gracias senorita Patricia, yo estaba mucho hambre." He said with a smile. "Que son muy bienvenidos, es agradable ver a un joven tan educado." The young man smiled and laughed, "usted es demasiado amable, gracias." Madrazo, finally noticing that his wife was in the kitchen, by the sound of her voice, walked in, to see her sitting with this young white boy. "Hello Martin," said the man, "I've heard that some people want to see me." Madrazo stood there, thinking, for a moment before he replied, "Who are you?"

The young man smiled, "Don't bother reaching for your gun, there's no ammo in it." Madrazo slowly reached for his gun, and checked the clip - it was empty. "You." He said, finally recognizing that this was the man who he had sent people after, and whom Peter wanted information on so that he could kill him. How long had he been here, sitting with his wife eating food that she made for him. Madrazo felt a familiar anger rising up within him. "Discuple, Patricia, tengo que hablar con tu marido." The young man smiled and stood up from the table. "Shall we?" He said to Madrazo, his voice was innocent, like a child. Madrazo found it difficult to be angry with him. Something that was entirely out of character. together, they walked outside to the patio by the pool. They sat across from one another, with the empty gun on the patio table.

"I heard a few of your men went missing." He said simply, starting off the conversation with an implied admission. "Yes, their homes seemed to have leaky gas pipes that combusted beneath them." The entire time, the young man made eye contact with Madrazo, not looking away for a second. "Why have you been looking for me?" He was straight to the point, but this question told Madrazo that he knew less than he thought. "You've been making a lot of money in Los Santos, I've lost drug shipments and weapons shipments and nobody seems to know when or where they went missing. You left behind a trail and I sent men after it, but you always slipped away, and you left interesting gifts behind for them." - "I don't like being followed." Madrazo broke eye contact, and looked around, none of his guards were out patrolling the vicinity. "I don't like people who mess with my operations, or piss on my profits." There was an implied threat in those words, but this young man didn't seemed fazed by it. He was either brave or stupid. Or he knew something Madrazo didn't.

"Oh Martin, if only you knew. Would you like to see something? You'll enjoy it, I promise." What could this runt possibly have to share with Madrazo, he thought to himself, who was he to say what I liked. Martin Madrazo was angry, but he suppressed his rage, and the young man knew this. "It has something to do with your friend Little Peter. And maybe his gang." At this, Martin looked straight at the young man, "What about them?" the young man smiled, "here." He pulled out a laptop that had been placed beneath the chair, that Madrazo didn't notice before, and opened it. When the screen flickered to life, Madrazo saw security cameras, hidden cameras, in Little Peter home. He saw every room in the house. He also saw the stacks of C4, and liquid leaking from cars in the drive port. Their were also men tied up and in chairs throughout the house. One of them was alone in the bathroom, tied and unconscious. In fact, none of the men seemed to be awake. Madrazo looked at the young man, "how did he have access to all this?", he wondered. As the young man flicked through the screens, an image came up of the woman that Little Peter was dating, in fact, he could see into her apartment. She was alone right now, and completely unharmed.

"You're going to kill Little Peter, his gang, but not his girl?" Madrazo asked, he must not have it in him to hurt a woman. "No, but she has other uses, for example, I can see when one of the gang members visits her apartment, and when she cheats on Little Peter, all of which I've recorded, and have playing here," He flips the screen to an image of the TV in Little Peters home, where the equivalent of porn is playing on the screen, starring Little Peters' girlfriend, and some of the members of the russian gang, as well as a few others. Madrazo was impressed. "You can keep this laptop," the young man said suddenly, "There's nothing on it that you'll find to link it to me, or my identity. The only thing you'll find at the end of it, is some guy in china." He smiled, it was such a boyish smile, thought Madrazo. The young man got up and walked away. "Madrazo had half a mind to chase him down and beat him to death, but he had just proven to Madrazo, that he had serious balls, and serious ability to get things done. Madrazo didn't think that he could do all this alone, but at the same time, none of his informants have reported any rival gang activity or strange weapon movements.

The young man was a ghost. How the fuck did he get into his house, and take out all of his guards? A question he found out later, as they had all been drugged and were sleeping, when they awaked, they couldn't remember what had happened. They all had needle marks in some part of their body. There's no way he did this alone. He turned his attention back to the laptop, where the men in the russian gang were all tied up. He flipped through the screens himself, and discovered that even their phones, for the ones who cheated with Little Peters girlfriend, had pictures of her on their phone, on display. As an hour passed by, Little peter entered his house. Madrazo could see his reaction, he was confused at first, and then he began to panic. Until he say the phones, and then the TV, which had a trigger to start playing sound once he was proximal to the phones.

Little Peter flipped out, but every time he tried to call one of his gang members, their phone rang, and it was in the house, on a shelf, on a bed, and the phones led him to where his men were all tied up and half asleep. The ones who he recognized, and who had slept with his girlfriend, he beat. they were tied up and drugged, they couldn't really respond properly, but he didn't care, he was angry, he felt betrayed. Then he called his girlfriend, and when he did, it set off a trigger, the trigger split the laptop screen in two, and showed his girlfriends apartment, it showed her answering her phone, and from there Madrazo could see a fight ensue over the phone. And when Little Peter hit "end" to hang up on his girlfriend, the C4 went off. All of the cameras in the house were destroyed. The entire floor blew out. The laptop switched to another camera when this happened, and Madrazo could see the full destruction. without a doubt, their would be no survivors. Except for Peter, who had walked outside into his backyard to talk to his girlfriend.

Madrazo watched as the fire department arrived, and then the paramedics and the police. Little Peter was rushed to the hospital, suffering burns on 98% of his body. Later that night, a Twitch News report would say that Peter Korivic, a known gangster, was nearly killed in what would be called a rival gang attack. He is in critical condition and might not survive. Madrazo sat their on the patio, thinking about what he had just witnessed. As the event ended, the laptop self terminated, a winding sound was heard, and Martin backed away from the laptop, and it sparked and a hole was burned in the center of the keyboard, destroying any memory the laptop had, and the motherboard. Who the fuck was this guy?
