Personal Bio: Emothic Von Hellsing of ze Hellsing Family. Born in 2532 of a Noble ranked family. at the age of 8 like most children of his age are pressed right into military training. Although his skills of military activities were average, he had the personality of a loyal soldier. At the age of 16 a private at the time, him and a part of his unit were shipped off to planet CZ-792 as a simple defensive operation to begin evacuating civilians, many of which are loyal and blood related to the Hellsing Family. On April 13, 2548 A.K.A. "The day of Slaughter." 114 Hellsing blood related civilians were captured by the covenant and 100 of those people were sacrificed to their false gods. The other 14 were rescued by a local resistance group and told the story of what happen. Finding news he was order back to his home planet and report the news to his King and Queen where they gave orders that all covenant will be killed in the same manner. The bloody campaign against the covenant had begin, and once this order came out Emothic rose through the ranks quickly. With his bloodlust pleasure of fighting he quickly gain the respect of his King and Queen and installed fear into his enemies. On June 17th 2550 during a combat operation, he heard word of the Elites that took part in the slaughter was in the area. A Sargent at the time He took his squad behind enemy lines in a 2 day march in a small canyon without orders. He effective cut off their retreat when the main assault attack them the day before. Planing just right the elites fell right into his trap, when in turn were slaughtered. When the ambush was over Emothic then took out his fathers sword and killed all the elites that were wounded except for one. He let him go so he can instill the fear into the covenant. Astonished by his fighting abilities he was promoted to captain.

One last significant report is that on July 17, 2551 on a Classified planet him and his squad rescued the Prince of Hellsing, which at the time was fighting as well. Appreciating of so much risk him and his squad was Knighted.

Hellsing Family History: In the year 2276, during a major uprising of rebels on a inner plant dubbed AZ-159 three already seemingly large family known as the "Van Hellsings", "Von Hellsings", and the "Ven Hellsings", combined together creating what is now the Hellsing Family out of this uprising. By the time of 2281 major clashes from the U.N.S.C. and the Hellsing family caused them to begin space exploration for a suitable planet outside of the U.N.S.C., which they achieved this in the year 2290. Moving all of the family members to this unknown planet the begin building up their own civilization using a mix of modern and ancient way of the Midevil era of the 1300s. By the time of 2347 the population had grown to almost 5 million blood related family members. In the year 2365 medical advances had exploded, members could now live longer, be less -blam!- to sickness and is born more naturally healthy giving a huge boost in population by the time the year 2384 it had reach 10 million. Major trade shipments of materials and technology of the Hellsing Family and the U.N.S.C. begin in the year 2394. Of which some technology was so far advance the U.N.S.C. suspicion that the Family had found some alien ruins, but could never confirm this. Between the years 2400 - 2500 major advancements in military technology begin to slow during the peace time of the Galaxy, but medical advances continue to grow, and by the time of the year 2500 the population had grown to a staggering 50 million and a private military was formed in massed compared to its small planet defense system. When war broke out between Humanity and the Covenant the Hellsing Family answered the call. Building up her own military strength of men and war material the family begin the long and brutal war. Although most of the Families soldiers about 80% of them were equivalent of ODSTs and 20% of Spartans, of which even wearing the same type of armor. Although the Planet of Hellsing was never discovered by the Covenant the Family had lost over 27 million of the original 50 million after the war ended. The war ended in 2553, and in the year 2560 trade of materials between the Family and the Elites had begin, marking a new chapter for the Family.

U.N.S.C. Comments: The Hellsing family is growing what seems to be too powerful. We are noticing several and concerning things about them. Despite they use a Medevil Monarchy of a king and queen, their citizens are so loyal and fanatic it seems like they are derived from the ancient forms of Governments in the 1940s mostly including: Communism, Fascism, & another form that has been forbidden to speak of. Although they accept all forums for race, gender and religion, their personalities of how committed they are to their King and Queen are formidable. This is something that we cannot obtain from our own, and study of how they are doing this is highly recommended. On a side note, all of their citizens of so much freedom to do with what they choose it seems like they are also a form of democracy. It is like they have formed a perfect government. Again, it is highly recommended that we find how they're able to do this.
