Biography: George was an ONI agent sent onto a mission once against Rebels. His squad was captured and detained, then tortured. They were later freed by a team of spartans and on the way out he noticed some flaws to their tactics. He then was sent on another mission and never "returned" he was declared MIA and none of his access was removed. He joined the rebels and is the one of the top men on developing new higher grade weaponry for them.
