(I walk around some of the ships)

huh, this one looks interesting.

(I walk over to a Prowler-looking ship)

(Jason)

=I couldn't sleep. I went up to the bridge, and sat at the navigations terminal. I wasn't going to leave-- I just felt comfortable sitting there. It was my thinking chair. Argo popped up after a few minutes of my sitting there=

@ Jason- Mulling things over are we?

(Dormii)
=i look over at Syaa=
Is she okay? Have you checked on her lately?

(I walk under the Ship, sorta)

interesting, I wonder what the schematics are....

(I touch the ship)

(Jason)

Yeah, you could say that.

=I leaned back in the chair=

Just having bad dreams is all. Odd thing is, I've been having this dream for nearly twenty years now. It goes back all the way to Vigil.

=Argo flashed a little, a sign of interest=

@ Jason- hmmmm, Maybe it's not a dream. They could be memories. Maybe it's from when they stole you from your real home?

(I knock on the hull)

hmmmm

(Jason)

=I heard a dull knocking sound come from outside=

Argo, turn on the cameras.

=A second later, the screen showed someone standing outside my ship, knocking on the hull=

What the fuck?

=Argo appeared on the engines screen=

@ Jason- Shall i activate engines? Burn him to a crisp?

=I raised an eyebrow at the A.I.=

Ah hell no Argo. Listen, just get ready to open the cargo doors.

=I got up, grabbing the pistol I had concealed under the terminal=

I'm gonna see who our visitor is.

(I stop)

huh, must be an alloy, the sound reverberated differently than titanium.

(I look around)

(Jason)

=the cargo doors opened, and i stepped off my ship. I walked around until I found the guy. I raised my pistol a little, neither pointing it at him, or away from him=

Hey, who are you? Why are you banging on my ship?

(I turn as the cargo doors open)

First of all, I wasn't 'banging' on your ship; I was knocking.
Second of all you're half way between pointing a gun at me or the floor, so i think you better make a decision.
third, since you responded with a pistol, do I really look like a threat?

(Jason)

=I holstered the pistol, but made sure it would be easy to draw=

Sorry about that. I've just had a really, really, stressful day.

(i raise an eyebrow)

Stressful enough to pull a gun on a kid my age? must've been some shit

(I smile sorta)

Yeah, well if you knew the people I've pissed off, you'd understand my pain.

=I noticed finally that I was talking to a 19 year old=

So, what brings a kid this far out into the black?

Just seeing the universe before I continue my schoolin.

(I look past him into the Cargo-bay, then back to him.)

(Jason)

=I followed the kids gaze, then stared back at him=

Is there something you're trying to see? Am I in the way? Because if I am, then I'm doing a good job.

( I laugh)

naw, I'm just curious to see what's in the cargo-hold.

By the way, mind if I spend the night here? My room is like 6 miles from the hangar, I think I'd pass out before I get there.

(Jason)

=I eyed the kid carefully=

I'd like too, really. However, I don't think that would be such a good idea. if you want though, I think I have a sleeping bag somewhere in one of the cargo containers. Wait here.

=I walked back into the ship, and opened a container. I found the sleeping bag, and a pillow. I walked back out, and tossed them to the kid=

Sorry, but this is all I can do.

(I look at what he offers)

sweet, no, that's fine, I can do this.
wait, where can I sleep?

(Jason)

=Okay, I felt a little guilty, leaving the kid out there. So, I had a slight change of heart=

Alright, listen, you can hang in the cargo deck, but you will be under that camera, and no where else, got it?

=I pointed out the camera for him=

(I set up the bag and pillow)
ok that's cool.
hey, I'll catch you on the flipside!

(Jason)

Oh boy, I just hope he does as he's told.

Just remember, you will stay in sight of that camera. the minute I lose sight of you, I'm coming down, and kicking you out. Literally.

( I get into the sleeping bag)

Man, I'm going to sleep, so IF i move, it'll be by someone else hand, i'm a pretty deep sleeper.

(Jason)

Whatever kid. Just remember: sight gets lost, my foot will be going up your ass.

(yawning)

sure thing hoss.

(Jason)

=I walked back into the elevator=

Argo, if he does anything odd, don't wait to tell me. Just vent the cargo deck. And only, if he does something bad. I have had a very long day.

(Dormii)
=i nod, unconvinced=
Okay.

=i run my hand through my hair=
Dammit, why did I do that....

(I go to sleep, my body going as still as a corpse.)

(Jason)

=Argo responded, and he sounded both amused, and annoyed=

Really? Just vent the atmosphere from the cargo deck? I've never seen you ready to kill a random person Jason.

=i climb out of the pool and dry myself off=

=she climbs out dries off and heads to her room and goes to sleep-

=i put my gear on and head out. i stop by the medbay to check up on Laura. She seems fine, but is shaking a bit. i pull the blanket up a bit on her and then leave. i head back to my room. i take my armor off and put it away. i log on to the civilian net and look for ways to handle psychological stress, specifically, mental images. i fall asleep at the terminal, the page open to the blunt-force-numbness technique=

(Laura)
(Dream/Bad dream world)

=There is a body... A dead one... No... He's still alive... Trying to move... But the fire... The flames engulf him.... He screams... The screans become louder... And louder...=

(The Real World)

=She wakes up, shivering. The screams, and the blood are still there...=

(Senox)

=I lay there, on a mess hall table with about twenty empty bottles of that Purple alien drink, asleep.=

(Artyom)

=He doesn't sleep.=

No sleep... Must save Robin... No sleep...

=i wake up, still cuddled up to my pillow=

*nyaaaa...

=i get my clothes on and head to the mess hall=

(Jason)

Okay, don't kill him, just make sure everything is locked.

=I got off the elevator, went back to my room, and got some sleep. A few hours later, I was awake. I got up, put on a pair of sweats, and a shirt. I headed for the airlock, but I paused to leave a message for Miranda=

Miranda, it's me. Listen, if you wake up and I'm not here, i just went for a jog. I'll be back soon.

=Finally, before i left, I gave Argo some instructions=

Listen Argo, when that kid down in the cargo deck wakes up, make sure he leaves, okay?

=i grab 13 waffles and begin to eat=

=I wake up, and look at the screen. I turn the terminal off. I get up and decide to go get some food, but I stop in the medbay to check up on Laura first, make sure she is okay=

Kota:

= he heads to the training room to test any weapons he has=

*munch, munch*

=She looks around, and notices Dormii.=

Oh... Hey Dormii...

(Dormii)
=I walk over=
Hey, you feeling okay?

I'm... Okay...

=She shakes her head, trying to get rid off the blood....=

(Dormii)
No, you aren't. C'mon, talk. What do you see?

(Laura)

I... I... See the blood... Everywhere...

(Dormii)
=I nod=
Anything else?

=I walk over and sit down next to her, my face full of concern=

(Laura)

Then there is the screams... All the time... Just echoing...

Those don't go away, not for me, anyway. I still hear them, all the lives that I took...same for the blood. It's still their, but I can look past it. I'm so sorry for doing that to you. I didnt think of any other way to show you.

=She shakes her head again.=

=he activates every weapon. his arms fold into plasma cannons, machine guns come out of his back and mount onto his shoulder, a flamethrower out of each for-arm, his chest plate opens revealing 8 rockets, 10 small hatches open around his waist and a plasma grenade comes out each hanging from a hook, lastly his face opens revealing a splaser=

I am a weapon...

= the top of his head then opens and confetti shoots out=

That's new...

(Laura)

I... I need to get some air...

=She stands up, and begins walking.=

(Artyom)

=He looks over at the box of 'things'. He starts taking the 'things' out, and begins throwing them at Gin and Weaver.=
