=i work my way closer. i get up behind Sarah and pin her to the ground with my arm, holding her down flat. i draw my practice knife and swipe it across her armor, locking it in place and marking her...=

Exactly. Now, your team is down...three people. The enemy...two. Because you weren't watching, you let the enemy gain an advantage.

=i put the rifle away and grab the sniper rifle=

=i lay down and set up, watching both flags. i see a person going to Sarah's flag. i shoot him=

=i get up off of him and pull him up. i put an arm around him and start walking=

=i see the last few people go for the flags. i shoot both and the session ends in a draw. i get up and send the location of the trainees to the medics for "revival." i sit next to Sarah as we wait=

=a medic comes up and start unfreezing Sarah's armor=
I meant more in terms of combat. The main reason I found you, was because your rifle was sticking over the edge. A sniper doesn't always go for the highest spot, or the most concealed, they go for the most unusual, the most unpredictable. If, for example, you had been sniping from the flag, you could've picked off those that were focused more on their surroundings while they go for the objective.

=the medic unfreezes her armor fully=
A sniper goes for surprise, not stealth.

=She sighs=

My shift is starting.

"AAAAAARGH...you...fff-AARRGH!"

Philip attempted to curse at the medical officer stood by him, His vision began to blur once more as his skin screamed at him to stop.

"Just one more..." The MO calmly told him, "well that's freaking great!" Philip spat back at him.

Blinking his eyes a little, he could make out the base of his cryo pod next to his head, he was knelt on the floor, His skin seemed to tingle with electricity, until sudde-

"AAAAAARGH...SHIT SHIT SHIIIIT!", As the Medical Officer tore off the last.

Philip only a few hours ago had been granted the chilled sleep of the cryo tubes on thier journey back to Reach, Only he'd had some cuts on his arms from his most recent mission planet-side, in which he'd hidden from covenant patrols by jumping into a pit, which happened to be full of crunched barbed wire where a fence had fallen.

Everybody knew that clothing was not to be worn within the Cryo pods, for it would blister the skin, only Philip, not wanting to have an open wound in cryo, thought he had solved his problem by squirting small strips of biofoam onto the cuts, Only to be awoken in great pain as the foam in the freezing temperatures had fused to his skin.

The Medical officer had taken great care in removing the Foam strips, but each one hurt like hell, and re-opened all his arm wounds, If anything it was worse than hell, as Philip had been jumping feet first into it all of his life, Freefall was his new home.

=Delta finally frees himself from under the metal beam, and climbs over the hills of wreckage in the hall to help Xazhi=

Del- Which arm is it? I still cant see.

Xaz- Here.

=Xazhi uses his free arm to activate a small flashlight on the side of his helmet=

Del- Thanks. Damn, whatever youre stuck under, youre under good. I dont know if i can get you out of here without some kind of tool.

Xaz- Damn. What about your ELS? Do you think it will cut through it?

Del- Son, i think you watch too many movies. Its a plasma sword, not a lightsaber. Its meant to cut through armor and flesh.

=Xazhi chuckles=

Xaz- Alright, Sherlock. Whats your idea then?

Del- Hmmm......

Xaz- Well?

Del- How about we go out on a limb and ELS it?

=They both chuckle. Delta grabs his ELS off his side, and puts the blade against the metal beam. Very very slowly, it begins to cut through=

Xaz- Well would ya look at that. Its working.

Del- Alright, so its working. Veeeeeeery slooooooowly.

=It cuts through. Delta lifts the beam just enough for Xazhi to slip his arm out before dropping it again. He stands=

Xaz- Alright. What now?

Del- We need to find our way out of here.

Xaz- Cant we comm someone?

Del- The wreckage is too thick. It wouldnt get through.

Xaz- How does it work normally then?

=Delta stands silent for a moment to consider the question. He shrugs=

Del- It just does?

Xaz- Oh, well i guess that makes sense. Alright, lets head this way.

=They begin climbing through the wreckage and down the hall, trying to find a path to the hanger=

=I walked over to the food section, and got myself something to eat and drink. I walked back over, and sat down=

(Dormii)
=i start swimming laps, trying to burn energy=

=i head back to my room and fall asleep=

(Jason)

So, how was your workout?

(Miranda)

Good. I worked up quite an appetite though.

=while she ate, I noticed that she was still wearing the ring. It made me feel......hell, I don't know what I felt. I could tell it was good though=
