A Writing Challenge

For this contest your paper has to be a minimum of 5 pages, if it is any less than it won't be accepted. (five pages in Word or similar program)
(I know it says three, but that was an assignment.)
the Four Steps are:

The civilisation goes through a stage of Panic without order
The civilisation goes through a stage of violence and fear
A stage of Suppression of personal freedoms and search for security
Gradual restoration.

these are the four steps.

without people to maintain the nuclear factories within 3 weeks they will go into meltdown stage soon there will be events similar to chernobyl across the world where nuclear plants are held causing a nuclear winter. the radiation will contaminate the water and food supplies that arent heavily guarded. after acouple of month the population will decrease and gangs activity will rise due to the people fending for themselves. Areas that are affected will not be able to support life for a couple hundred years. the people will flock to less radiated areas, but soon killing will happen for a shortage of supplies. the human population will decrease by at least 70% in the first year due to bandit raids, radiation poisoning, and malnutrition. But the human species will prevail. across the next thousand years the human race will have de-evolved in a sence to a more tribal time.
