Biography:
Voutan Rest was a Spartan-III who was part of a new variation of the Spartan project. Like the many variations before it, such as Hazop, EOD, and Recon, this new project, named SHI (Shadow Hunter Initiative), was designed to create a specialized spartan for a specific type of job. Only 3 were part of this new project, Voutan, Vas, and Immer. The project was created and tested on the Martian moon, Deimos. The SHI Spartans were designed to be the most efficient Hunters to ever live. They were equipped with Full personal active camouflage, as well as heat cloaks. they were also outfitted with state-of-the-art Weaponry and equipment. the Project Began in 2533 and was discontinued after 3 successful subjects in 2534.
