Biography: After dreaming since he was young to take action in the UNSC Marine program, he finally decided what to do with life. But, his father wanted him to follow his career path as a standard doctor. Justin never pursued that path that his father set for him, and instead of going further with his school to be a doctor, right out of high school, he opted to join the Marines. With nothing much going on at the time, the most he could do is train, train, train and train. Nearly three years later, a war started, and he finally got to do what he dreamed to do, serve his nation. Recently, he was assigned to a platoon. Being the rookie, not paying attention during briefings, and dozing offlike the idiot he is, he was still sinking into the platoon. He was 7 Echo 9. The first few days we calm, then they were assigned a real mission. He hoped this day would come. The mission was to escort the civilians in the nearby city to safety. *** More will be added as we go through the story.

Having been a marine for two years after faking his credentials, he has some combat expirience, though not in any major battles. He lost most of his family to the covenant, and doesn't hesitate to risk his own life for his squad.

Dormius has this compulsion, this need that he either can't or won't talk about, to destroy any and all Covenant weaponry and technology. After a battle, when the lull has settled in, any and all covenant items he sees he has to destroy. He all but needs it to survive. In the past, he those higher rank than him could convince him to let them destroy it, or something similar. This sometimes interfere with his combat, however.
His skill in CQC his near unrivaled. While far from the best, in the group of S-IIIs that he belongs to, he got into the top 3 of the sparring leaderboards. Recently, he seems to be adopting a more aggressive and brutal style, leading to his request to his new callsign, Nightmare. Psychological evaluation teams tend to be cautious when he is onboard, in the off chance of a psychological breakdown.

She always shyed awsy from responsibility towards them, and left the house and joined the Corps the day after she turned 18. Being slightly (read: completely) insane, Ellie joined the all-volunteer Orbital Drop Shock Troopers. Putting her natural leadership and insaniy to work, Ellie was one of the most tenacious ODSTs in her training group, and was also in multipe fights due to her short temper. Despite these flaws, Ellie was placed in command of Dusk Squad.
Misc: Ellie has the kanji for Dark Fire (Kurai Kasai) tattooed on her back, down her spine. Ellie has painted a styalized gold heart on her right shoulderpad, which she mirrors on the stock of her MA5C.

Biography: Zuka was born of clan Zanto on Sanghelios. During his training, he showed great promise. He was fast, strong, smart, and ruthless. From the time he started his training, he had no qualms with killing any who stood in his way, and would not accept anything but perfection from himself and those beneath him. If he failed a test, he starved himself until he succeeded, his personal way of punishing himself for being weak. When he was old enough to join the military, he leaped at the opportunity. He was stationed on Harvest, and there he proved his greatness. While he and his squad were pinned down by Human forces in a collapsing building, he lead two of his teammates though an escape route and flanked the Human forces. By the time it was over, two Humans were missing limbs, and Zuka had taken three bullets in the stomach. Despite his damage, he managed to rendezvous with the rest of his team and escort them back to safety. Biography: Dante grew up as an orphan on his planet, parents were killed in a gang war early in his life. He went through foster homes and foster parent due to his anger issues most likely stemmed from his parents unjustified death and the little time he had to cope with after their deaths. After some years going through foster homes they sent him to military school where he learned discipline and traits for his future career. After he graduated from school he went to join the United Nation Marine Corp and entered boot camp where he would meet his life long brother Matthias Matthew. At the age of 19 he had become a full fledged marine but decided to go into school for a bit longer and learn the ropes on engineering and explosives. After that he was stationed with Seven Echo squad, at the age of 21. For four years they completed mission on Seven Echo with some mission completed and some ending in failure but that made Seven Echo a closer squad of marines. Soon Dante wanted more and tried to enlist in either the ODST program or the Spartan 3 program. Much to his dislike it was his mental stability mixed with his easy to anger attitude that got him declined from the programs as well as his constant ability to cause fights. As Seven Echo 5 Dante would grown as a man and a marine but nothing could prepare him for what would happen on Epsilon Eridani IV.

Their defender, their... their Knight in shining armor. Rescuing many Marines and civilians from certain death over following orders, which leads to a couple demotions. Making him a wild card on occasion, but overall he's a super soldier. Good for any mission.

Phase 1 - Marksmanship and Basic Fields Craft Phase During this phase Marines are trained in basic marksmanship on the Known Distance (KD) Range and also receive classes on basic skills such as camouflage, individual movement, weapons systems, observations, and field sketches. Day one begins with in processing, which includes a PFT, gear check, and service record check for prerequisite compliance. Potential students must also pass day and night land navigation courses. After all students have been admitted to the course, classes and a general overview of the course are given. KD range includes shooting at the 300, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, and 1000 yard lines. 5 rounds are fired at each yard line. During this phase of training, Marines must become experts at the fundamentals of marksmanship. They must also become experts at calling wind and weather. During this portion two students work together, one on the rifle and the other behind the spotting scope calling wind. If a student is not proficient at calling wind, they will cause their partner to fail, not themselves. After the first student fires his rounds, the two switch positions. After each yard line, the students must quickly throw on their packs and grab all their equipment and run to the next yardline. EVERYTHING at sniper school is a race, and it pays to be a winner. The course of fire for qualification is as follows: 300, 500, & 600 - 3 Stationary and 2 Movers 700 - 3 Stationary and 2 Stop and Go Movers 800 - 3 Stationary and 2 Bobbers 900 & 1000 - 5 Stationary Out of 35 Rounds, 28 rounds must be in the black to qualify on the range. After the range students head back to the schoolhouse and clean weapons. After this important task they immediately do a field sketch and observation exercises. Oftentimes a Kim's Game is conducted as well. During an observation, students must use their M49 Spotting Scope and binoculars to find 10 hidden items in a specifically defined area. These observations can be done at short distances utilizing miniature items, or at long distances with full sized items. Observations are an essential skill that the sniper must learn to be effective. Furthermore, for the purposes of the course it is important to learn observation skills, particularly how to "Burn Through" bushes for the stalking phase. Learning this skill is imperative to being able to find the observation post from behind cover during stalking and is often the difference between a student passing or failing. An overall average of 70% must be obtained on observations to pass the course. During a field sketch, students are given an hour and a specific area or building to sketch. The target must be drawn with as many details as possible. It must include information about its surroundings and target reference points on the sketch. Sketches are graded for neatness, correctness, details, and usable information. An overall average of 70% must be obtained on field sketches to pass the course. Phase 2 - Unknown Distance and Stalking The UKD (Unknown Distance) and Stalking portion kicks off as soon as Phase 1 is completed. During this phase students will become experts at engaging targets at unknown distances by way of range estimation and range cards. During the unknown distance phase students will run 100 pound steel targets out to ranges between 300 and 800 yards. There are 10 targets in each course of fire and after each course of fire, the targets are rearranged. A student has two attempts to hit each target, a first round impact is worth 10 points and a second is worth 8. An overall average of 80% must be obtained during the 3 weeks of UKD to pass the course. **Furthermore, the portion of the course with the highest attrition rate begins, stalking. Stalking is a skill that takes long hours and dedication to learn, and a lifetime to master. Stalking involves moving from a distance between 1200 and 800 yards to within 200 yards of an observation post undetected. After doing this, the student must set up a Final Firing Position (FFP) and fire two shots without being found by the OP within a time period of 3–4 hours. After the first shot is fired, a walker (A neutral instructor who does not help students or the instructors in the OP) will get close to the snipers position to make sure he can positively ID the OP. Positive ID is established by the observers holding up cards with 2-3 letters on them above their binoculars. The sniper must then correctly tell the walker what is written on them. After positive ID has been confirmed, the walker will move within 10 yards of the shooter and inform the OP that he is within 10. The OP will then attempt to walk the walker onto the sniper's position by way of movement commands. The OP must get the walker within 1 foot of the shooter. If the shooter cannot be found, the walker will tell the shooter to fire a second shot on his command. After the second shot has been fired, the OP will look for blast from the rifle or movement from the shooter. If the OP cannot find the shooter then the walker will indicate the shooters position to the OP and check to make sure the shooter had the correct windage and elevation settings, along with correct position and stable shooting platform. Grading is as follows for stalking: 0 - Being out of bounds on the stalk lane, not freezing on the command freeze (When the OP believes they know the position of a student they call freeze and all students on the stalk lane have to immediately freeze in whatever position they are in), poor FFP. 40 - Caught out of range or fired out of range (not within 200 yards). 50 - Caught within range. 60 - 1 shot fired but, no positive ID, incorrect windage or elevation, unstable shooting platform. 70 - 1 shot fired and positive ID, correct windage, elevation, shooting platform but OP walked onto shooter after first shot. 80 - 2 shots fired and positive ID, correct windage, elevation, shooting platform but OP saw blast from shooter's position after second shot. 100 - 2 shots fired and positive ID, correct windage, elevation, shooting platform and shooter was never found. Students must obtain an overall average of 70% out of 10 stalks, with a minimum of 2 100s and no more than 1 zero in order to pass stalking. Skills: He has many strengths which consist of marksmanship, swordsmanship and creating unorthodox tactics. He has no fears and isn't afraid to raise a question in any circumstance. He was taught by his father, Zuka 'Zamamee, who was present during the battle of Installation 04. His father hired twelve tutors through three years, which in turn made Veer the best at what he does. He is also very good at political debates, after hearing his father in constant verbal battles; he picked up some tricks of the trade. Also, he his is that he is extremely talented in evading and dodging incoming bullets, or objects, as taught by Ripa 'Kal Vargun. He loses his temper very quickly, alike his father. However, this has been controlled over the years and he has come to a compromise with it. He fears nothing, not even death. He can often be heard reciting the Sangheili Death Benediction and praising the death, which is unusual. He honours death, essentially. He will, and has, threw himself in front of enemy fire to save fellow warriors and commanders, which defines him as a warrior: he is a selfless, honourable warrior. He doesn't believe in killing his adversaries from a distance; he sees this dishonourable and prefers to kill them at a fair distance. He will kill at range if it means victory and if it is necessary. He is an extraordinary warrior who would give his own life in order for his warriors to safely return home. He is selfless, hard working and competent.
Role: Marksmen and Special Warfare Subordinate Commander.
Appearance: He holds a towering height of eight foot and six inches. As you can imagine, this subject holds a very towering height. He has fairly “buff” muscles as he was very fit during his military career. He has very unnatural blue eyes with flicks of orange in them, outlined by a black felt-like pattern. In truth, he is more comparable to a wolf. Veer has many scars, two across his mandibles and one running across his chest; expectable for a Sangheili of his age.
Also, Veer wears a usual configuration of armour. He bears his honour very highly and dresses and speaks in the most orderly manner possible for his fellow warriors and his superiors. He is very true to the seven virtues and tries to show this through his appearance in the most organised, respectful way possible. He wears the typical and standard Armour which is mandatory and obligatory to any and all Sangheili Special Operations. He has various compartments in his armour where he stores personal things, photos, files and his personal Data-pad. His armour has various battle scars too such as dents, scratches and faded colours. All acquired from war. There is a massive colour fade on the front, with a ton of scratches and a huge dent, thanks to an explosion a while ago. His greaves are a faded black and purple; however, they are still highly recognisable by the strong coat of paint that was implemented years ago.

Biography: He spent twelve years in military training and army, before eventually graduating and surpassing the tests to join the Covenant Army. He went on a number of tours, surviving them all, leading lances and armies to war with the Humans and other races. He was trained by his father, Ripa 'Kal Vargun, Ripa 'Kai Vadumee and Thel 'Verassai, to name a few. His superior skills meant he rose quite quickly through the ranks of the Covenant, surprising others of his statue at times. He never thought this possible, he was only a mere Special Operation Sangheili.
He respects his family and his species, although doubting the judgement of the Prophets greatly. His family originated from the icy polar region of Sanghelios, and they live there even now. Their estate is over three hundred years old, and resides around an ice glacier, aspiring the name Zamam valley. The canyon, or glacier it resides in, is home to some of the native people and animals that have lived there for centuries.
His brother, although separated by bloodlines, was one of the closest people to him, apart from his family. They went through military training and army together, and they both joined the Covenant Army. His brother, Kaine 'Nar Ranoee, was lost in a tour of duty captured by the Humans, as a prisoner. He loves his family and wouldn't replace his family for anything; he is very religious and loves Covenant music and the way his race makes music with what they have. He doesn’t dislike the humans, but he doesn’t like them either. It has been noted that he will do anything that will benefit his race, whether it be taking others or his own life. Personally, rank means nothing to him. He feels that it is such an honour to work under the esteemed San 'Shyuum and their Sangheili commanders and to complete the just task that has been set to deliver him and others to the divine beyond; if it even exists. He attends regular training sessions with his brothers and his friends on Sanghelios, Decided Heart and Kholo. These include marksman training, discipline training, swordsman training, archery and jousting. He thoroughly enjoys these events and has a lot of fun when he participates in them. On Sanghelios, in his State, his job is farming. He gathers crops and such for his family that live in the beautiful polar region that is. He loves doing this as completing tasks that involve going up and down the glacier keep him fit and healthy which is an easy price to pay for such a result. The view that can be seen from the side of the mountain, which is a jagged point, is spectacular. You can see for miles from this point and overviews a lot of major towns on Sanghelios. Believe it or not, he meditates a lot on this peak and it is one of the most peaceful locations in the State.
He never parts with his beloved Beam Rifle; ever since his service started he has had this with him. He repairs, remodels and restructures his rifle and customises it as he sees fit. Another weapon he keeps handy with him is his pistol, his Plasma pistol; a fantastic trusty sidearm. He is an accurate marksman and handles himself appropriately under pressure which is what is needed. He doesn't believe it is honourable to kill his targets from a far. He prefers to look his adversaries in the eyes just before he terminates their existence. However, he will do this if it means completing the task or if it is necessary. He is a wise warrior who is smart with his mouth.
After Veer started to accumulate a lot of victories, he gained a lot of respect from his superiors and the inferiors below him. They respected his admirable courage, integrity, loyalty and honour and respected his work as a marksman and a swordsman; his jack of all trade-like work. He knew he wasn't the best at what he did, he didn't try to be. He just wanted to be apart of the Covenant and their Military and he wanted to rid the Universe of the human and heretic filth that was. Of course, none of this would have been accomplished without his lance: Apostles' Lance - filled with warriors he met at the Yermo War College, on Sanghelios. Out of coincidence, once their training there was complete they were sent to High Charity and enlisted to the Sangheili Covenant Military, and put into the same lance. This may because of similar skills or recommendatory advice from the elders of the college.
Veer, shows utmost honour at all times. On occasion, he has recited a "death benediction" at the death of his adversaries which is unusual. This could imply that killing is not his choice, but his order. This has not been proved, however. He could just be showing honour towards his fallen adversaries.
Veer has made his family proud. What was once an innocent farmer is now a Sangheili warrior fighting in some of the war's most important battles. He has witnessed death, betrayal and suicide but has continued onward and has proved himself as the honourable being like millions of Sangheili warriors have. Veer is also always eager to teach Sangheili his ways: his honour and skill, his passion and selflessness. This is a gracious and spectacle scene. Other than this, not much else is known about Veer.

Growing up believing that the only option was to join the UNSC and fight the Covenant, either that or stay where he was and wait to be blown up by a cruiser.
Sergei went through training and was put with a squad. After being able to run the farthest without stopping, instead of being put into the scout position he instead earned the name 'Catty' and was put in charge of carrying all the spare ammunition. | |

Biography: Milo joined the army in hopes of fighting off the insurrectionists, those who had killed countless innocents. But, it seemed that wasn't exactly what happened. Academy was good, but then when he actually got deployed, the majority of deployments were death zones, and outposts would almost always end up under attack. So, Milo wasn't very combat able, so how did he get all his promotions? Well, connections. His Father was Lieutenant Commander within the Navy, and his elder Sister was an Ensign. While he was in a different section to them, this got him promotions, and eventually Pilot training. He could shoot a gun all right, not even all right. But he could at least fly. So, he got to fly a Falcon. He'd still be deployed on the ground sometimes, but never near the front. So, by the time the Covenant attacked Epsilon Eridani IV, he was already deployed at an outpost, quite far away from the initial attack point.

After being promoted she helped with planetary battles for the outer colonies by taking out demons (Spartan's II and Spartan's III) and searching for Intel of the human's origin planets and any human discovery of Forerunner tech.

Biography: Matt I Collins (pt 2, of course) is a UNSC Private First Class straight out of BCT. Thrusted into the front lines and put into combat right out of his training. A good amount of his training on the field. He has seemed to have a like into taking the heat. He's fast on his feet and can get from place to the other quicker then most. He keeps his loadout light with Small arms such as SMGs and Assault Rifles, carrying the occasional Shotgun and very occasional Explosive weapon, even though he isn't trained to much in explosives.
Loadout: M7 Caseless Submachine gun, M6C Personal Defense Magnum, occasionally having a MA5C Assault Weapon or a M90 Close Assault Weapon.
