| Technically, that's already happened without the need for any approval (though since I was not a member at the time, please feel free to correct me) when Xazhi created a whole host of new Races for the HRP. | |

| Only in the 1HRP should this be implemented though. the 2HRP and the RRP stick to quite a canonical universe. | |
