I for one am all for the rule keeping MLP in the MLP section, i.e. Links, pictures and discussion of the show.

But names, avatars and signatures?

No. I remember when this MLP shitstorm started. My name was Derpy Hooves, no one gave a flying fuck then, why give a fuck now?

I call that the rule doesn't ban names and avatars.

the rule not allowing discussion of mlp outside of mlp board shouldn't apply to names etc since they're not actually discussing it so i vote yes
