Capital of the Dead: Character Sheets

The year is 2013, a year after the world was to end. The Government shut down, plus Veterans and US citizens alike marched from their homes to DC. The US is in a mess, and a new type of Mosquito has come to the surface. Only found a few days before the outbreak.

Now, it's been 4 weeks since our great nation fell from an economic collapse, and a virus spread through out the whole eastern part of the US. Military is on stand-by, but until a leader is chosen for the current situation. The people in Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, West Virginia, North Carolina, Massachusetts, District of Columbia. All have been infected with this new virus, spreading from a small insect, to a human.

You are a lone survivor, a story that no longer matters to the rest of the world, or the friends you used to have. The way of life as we know it changed. The means to survive is the best thing for number one, which is yourself. For some reason the Mosquito stays away from you, like the plague. For reasons unknown you deal with it, and fight off the undead who come after you.

With lots of resources to choose from, you still have lots of Undead to fight off so you can survive. Who knows, maybe there are survivors out there, huh?

Biography: Frank was one of the best EMT's in his hospital, but when the outbreak happened, he was busy, and scared. When the Zombies came to his front door, killing friends, and family alike. He had no choice but to kill them, even if he only went to the shooting range once in a great while. It was still heart breaking, seeing his family members tear each other apart for flesh and bone. Never again would he watch that happen, ever.

Biography: Aria lived in Washington, D.C with her parents. A member of the local Girl Scout troop, her father was in the Marines and alongside her Girl Scout activities, her father took her to the shooting range and taught her to shoot every gun he owned multiple times. She became somewhat proficient with them, and life was good.

But everything changed when the Fire Nation - uh, the Outbreak occurred.

For three weeks she and her mother hid away in the house, waiting for her father. But on onset of week four, when they were loading the SUV with everything they could, a group of cons from the prison a few miles away broke in. Fresh from the iron pen and now free after the outbreak, Aria and her mother were captured.
It has been a week since then. Aria and her mother have been raped every day for the past week, and already four cons have turned, and for every con executed after they turn, hope of escape is brought to Aria.

Biography: While growing up Logan only had his Dad for family. Which is to say he grew up around cars and tools.
Around sixteen he was able to realign the timing belt, replace the cylinder heads, change the fly wheel and more.
So to say, he knows what he's doing when it comes to cars. But not only that, he taught himself how to weld when he was seventeen.
Though there were accidents, the burn marks on his hands show that. Not even a year later he took up carpentry.
It was just alot easier to fix it yourself then call someone in to do it for you and pay a much larger sum of money.

Now he's twenty three, single and working at "Busted Knuckles" a small automotive business. But things have changed.
There's the dead walking around, people killing other people, no signs of the military anywhere. So he did what he thought best.
He stayed at the garage, along with a few other mechanics and the owner. Going off what little food and water they had.
But of course they're going to need more, so he and a friend of his have volunteered to go on a grocery run.

Biography: Lauren grew up near DC, her family was large, Mom, Dad, Grandad, 4 brothers and 3 sisters with herself as the eldest. Growing up with such a large family meant that they where often poor with both her parents working at least three jobs that she knew of. Instead of trying to stay on at college or attempt to go to University, Lauren joined the National Guard where she trained as a pilot. She impressed her instructors with her personality and her commitment. Almost every cent she earned, Lauren sent home to help her family out... Which had gotten larger due to her eldest brother getting engaged and having a child.
When the end came, it happened fast and Lauren barely recalls what actually happened. The base fell, many guardsmen and woman died... The unlucky ones became monsters. Lauren escaped with a few survivors on a UH-60 Blackhawk. However, fate was not to allow for an easy escape. No. The Helicopter was shot down by some nutcase who had stolen an anti air missile launcher. Most where killed on impact, those few who weren't over the next few days where picked off either by the undead or by humans that they once protected... Leaving Lauren the lone survivor. Since becoming a ghost she had begun to march home, to find what is left of her family... If anything at all. Something deep down inside of her knows that they will be dead or she hopes they will be. Yet, she needs to go back one last time so that she can find the truth and discover whether they have fallen or still live. There is always hope.
