New Admin for the site

With Xazhi gone and Matt more or less gone. We need another admin besides Nick, since his duties can keep him away for a while.

So.

Vote thread.

You can vote only once, and don't vote for yourself. Nick will be able to see if you have.

Because it's more of a "just in case". You're doing a good job right now, but if something comes up for you and stops your access, we could be left without an admin for weeks.
