The Prisoners Smile widens. "You two are as clueless as civilians."

So, what you are saying is that you weren't trying to kill Nik, you were trying to make him run? That has got to be one of the stupidest plans I've heard yet. You see, if he runs, that means you gotta chase him, which means spending more time on this job, and not another one, which means less money per month, which means you don't get all the fancy toys like all the other boys, which then means that you fall further behind in your jobs and so on and so on. See what I'm getting at, here? Your bosses, are backward.

The Prisoner laughs, "You really are clueless."

Well, clueless can still kick your ass.

Where should I kill him? on the ship or on the planet?

The Prisoner, "how about you kill me on the planet? then you can string me up for everyone to see, and then you'll be just as bad as me."

Nikolaus hears a beeping sound.

"what?"

He looks around, for the source. He sees a package under one of the seats, he goes over to it.

"What is this? it's too small to be a bomb....."

Upon opening the Package he realizes that its a comm. device, similar to his own, back on the ship. He Equips it.

"Yes?"

S-"Nik, It's Sophia."

"Sophia! what are you...."

S- "Gordons files have been accessed."

"By whom?"

S- "unknown, an A.I hacked in."

"I guess that means.... wait. can you trace the A.I?"

S- "I can't, But I know where Gordon's last known location is. or Was."

"That'll do, Shame were not headed to a planet."

S- "You're not worried?"

"No, I have a feeling he succeeded though. I mean, the serum I made all those years ago was lost, perhaps he was trying to recreate it. Even if its been hacked, if he still lives so does the info of the serum.

S- "oh, I see what you're thinking."

Nikolaus smiles, and sits down again, waiting for the ship to take off.

=He wakes up, his eye going back to blue.=

Oh look. A tree.

=He starts slamming into it.=

=He makes a hole in the tree and gets stuck.=

=I awaken from a day worth of nothing, then I drift back asleep after checking on Christina=

=We all leave the frigate, going down to the planet (I think everyone is there) to see what we can all do=

I have not been here in a while... Where is everyone...

M- "Hello Nikolaus, how are you?"

Nikolaus looks around, finding the source of the voice.

"Matthias? Is that you?"

M- "Old friend, you are quite forgetful."

"By god!" Nikolaus stands up and greets his old friend. "You should be..."

M-"Dead? Hahaha! I figured out your trick, the secret to eternal life."

"You what!?"

M- "You know."

"You really shouldn't have."

M- "Why not? I destroyed the formula afterwards."

"Formula?"

M- "Yes, Formula."

"I didn't use a formula to do this!"

M- "What?"

"This is not the work of a chemical formula! It's a virus."

M- "Oh, really?"

"And it's not contagious so don't get any ideas."

M- "I..."

"Why are you here?"

M- "oh, I'm just traveling, Covenant won't stop me from seeing new worlds."

He shakes his head. "Matthias...."

M- "What?"

"You're crazy."

M- "So are you, what's you point?"

"Never-mind."

=I shake myself awake, Christina still asleep=

She has been asleep for a long time..

=I head to the Messhall for food=

=escorts the prisoner into the cave=

dormi stay out don't want you to get caught in a nightmare

=Silaev finishes filing his report of his time on the Grassland planet. He sends it to Xazhi. The Unknown soldier in the medbay wakes up. The Doc gives her a quick review of what happened, and sends her on her way=

=i sit down next to the cave entrance and put my head back=

=We see nothing. We head back to the frigate, the biggest place that we can think of to sleep in=

I was only gone for a while. A lot has changed...

=I go to sleep=

=I grab a tray of food and some for me as well=

=I walk back to the medbay and put the tray on the table by Christina=

=The Man crawls into posistion, dragging his S2.=

Damnit... Why are they so heavy...

=He aims down his scope, aiming at the man's (Dormii's) shoulder.=

Come on...

=He pulls the trigger, the force of the recoil breaking some bones.=

Shit... This better work...

=He begins heading back into the forest.=

=i shot hits me in the shoulder, draining my shields and smacking my up against the wall=

=a blue line appears on my HUD, going into the forest. i stand and run after it=
Zeru! Got a shooter, I'm chasing.

=i see a figure running back and I chase after him/her=
Hey! Bastard! Get back here!

=The man drops the rifle and starts running.=

Come on... Nearly there...

=i run faster, closing the gap=
Get! Back! Here! Do not make me shoot you!

=The man trips over and hits the ground.=

=i catch up to the man and pin him to the ground=
Why did you shoot at me?

=i put my forearm against his throat=

=they arrive at the back of the cave and he makes the man sit down=

how long before it takes effect this time?

@Dormii: Because you are needed...

What do you mean? Needed for what?

@Dormii: You will find out soon enough...

NOW!

=Hooded men begin surronding Dormii and the man.=

=i look around. i pick up the man i have pinned=
Do not make me fight you. You will not win.

@Dormii: I may not win, but we shall win...

=The man slides his pistol out of his holster and fires enough shots to take down the Spartan's sheilds.=

=i throw the man into the closet figure, knocking them over. i take out my spear-flail and charge at the second closest, quickly closing the gap. when I get close enough, I leap, intended to smash the person's head into the ground=

=One of the hooded figures runs behind the Spartan, and stabs him with a knife covered in a toxin which will cause the Spartan to fall asleep, in one of his armour joints.=

=i feel a knife puncture my armor. i send my leg backwards, kicking the person away. the motion knocks me off-balance and i crash into my intended target, but off center. instead of tackling him and smashing his head in, i simply knock him over and shoulder-first into the ground. i start to feel drowsy=
What...the hell...did you...do to me?!

=i try to stand=

@Dormii: You have been stabbed with a sleeping toxin. It will be easier if you let yourself go to sleep, fighting it will strain you.

=i manage to stand, groggily=
I don't...care!

=i activate my Banshee Scream. my voice is altered by it=
I DO NOT SURRENDER!

=i try to rush at the figures again, the Scream still going=

=The man picks up his magnum and shoots the Spartan in the leg.=

@Dormii: Rest.

=the shot knocks my leg out from under me. the Scream is still going and I turn up it's volume=
NO!

=i try to get back up=

=Another hooded figure slices one of the Spartan's joints with more toxin. The figure is deafened by the scream.=

The Prisoner sits down.

here's how it works in about 10 seconds you will start to have your worst fears come to life

=I fight to stay awake, but I slowly fall asleep=

=The hooded figures, most now deaf, take off the Spartans armour. They pick up the Spartan and start carrying him towards their underground base.=

=He finnaly manages to get out of the tree. He then looks around.=

Hmph. At least my rage module has installed. Hitting that tree hurt...

=He heads off, trying to find how to get out of the Forest. After a while off clueless searching, he finds... Dormii's armour?=

Bullem! Are you in there?

--It's Bellum and I am. Some unknown personnel have captured Dormii. Can you get the others? The armor is slowly turning off--
