=I eat I silence, thinking=

=Adam did what I could not: his eyes went wide with shock, he broke out into a sweat, he was hyperventilating, and he looked sick. Miranda though, looked confused. I must have looked nervous=

@ Jason- Jason, what's wrong? Are you okay?

=I got up, and handed her back the picture=

No not really. =I clutched my stomach= I don't think the food agrees with me. I need to find a bathroom.

=She looked worried, but she didn't press=

@ Jason- Ah, well, you better go find one. I'll be back at the ship if you need me.

(The lights were very dimmed)
(Some completely out)

This doesnt look good

(He checks behind him)

Hmm.

(He turns back around and continues into the darkness)

=I didn't run out of that mess hall. Instead, I walked quickly, and went to find somewhere quiet, dark, and empty. It took me a bit, but I managed to find an empty room. I walked inside, and Adam walked in behind me, and it looked like he was panic stricken so much, he had gone hysterical =

Holy shit man! This can't be real. You've been nailing my sister, after you killed me! When she finds out, she is gonna kill you!

(He hears a noise behind him)

Its nothing. Just...my imagination...

(He turns on the light)
(Illuminating the darkness)

Much better

(He turns right into a room)

Hmm.

(He can hear skittering)

...

(He focuses the light onto the ground)

Holy!

=I turned to face Adam=

How do you think I feel? I love Miranda. I would never do anything to hurt her. And now I find out, that I'm the reason her brother is dead! That because of me, she can never see her brother again. Never laugh with him, cry with him. She can never see him grow, and live, and it's all because of me.

(He begins firing upon the demons)

Too many

(He retreats. A flow of the things follow him)

Should have stayed in the room

(He runs into a dead end)
(He turns to face them)

Great...

(He does a short prayer and begins firing)

=i finish my food and go to my room, gathering my armor and putting it on. i head to the training room. i turn on Impact Mode, just for the extra challenge, and start beating on the targets. My face strained, but otherwise emotionless underneath my helmet=

(He begins to run out of ammo fast)
(Depleting)
(Fear rising)

I am not going to die here.
I will not die by you!

(He continues firing)
(Using the end of the gun to attack the demons)

=after a few moments i stumble a bit, but i right myself as the drain from Impact Mode starts to take a more noticeably effect. i continue, getting more and more sluggish, more sloppy in my "kills"=

(He runs out of ammo)

Oh no.
no. no. no.

(He tries to figure a way out)

No!

(He breaks into a run)
(The things latching onto him)

NO!

=i collapse to the floor and turn off Impact Mode=
That's good enough for one day...


=i drag myself over to the corner of the room and prop myself up against it=

(He trips)

NO!

(The things covering him)

Please. God. NO!

(He feels them. One enters him)
(His skin crawling)

(He screams out)
(Unheard by the rest of the people)

help...me...

=i lean back against the wall, and close my eyes, drifting off to sleep. i am unaware, but Mali takes over=

(He hears a voice)

(His fathers)

You are weak. You always have been. You always will be.

Jon-Fa...Father...

You are a Spartan. Fight like one.

(He takes deep breaths)

STAND AND FIGHT!

(His skin continues to crawl)
(Lights flickering)
(The beings flowing around and over his body)

=my eyes glaze over, and i open them. i look at my hands=
Why?! I can't fix this! He did it to himself! I can't talk to him, you know that! Gah...if he dies, I am going to have words with you, got it?

=i sigh and get up, heading to my room to take my armor off=

You are a disgrace to your name.
A disgrace to me.

(He hears the beatings. Ringing in his ears)
(Brutal)
(His cries)

(His father was one of the proctors during his training)

(Tears flow from his face)

Jon-Fa..Fa..Father.......

(He feels the thing enter his chest)
(Branching out)
(The pain)

(Screams)

=i get to the room and i take off the armor, putting it on the stand. i can feel the nerve endings report the tiredness i should be feeling, that it is time to take a nap. i lie down on the bed and relax, letting the repair system for the body release. i keep an eye on them as i continue trying to figure out why i am here=

(His eyes glaze)
(Looking out into nothing)

(Being consumed)
(The pain begins to stop)

A disgrace.
You are Nothing.

I truly am nothing

(He lets out a final scream)

Nothing more. Than another walker of the afterlife

(Jon has passed)

=i sigh again=
Are you serious? You want me to help him, now? He is doing this to himself, I can't help him then! You know as well as I do, we can't meet, not without him having the knowledge of us meeting taken away. There is nothing I can do! Yeah, yeah...whatever.

=i check on the repair system, it reports back nothing out of the ordinary. i let it continue, waiting for a time when i can do something=

=I stayed in that dark room for a nearly ten minutes, trying to find a way to fix this whole situation. I couldn't think of one=

(Miranda)

=I stayed at the table for a bit, concerned over Jason's response to the my story=

Okay, I know the story is bad, but the fact that it upset him that much....... something's not right.

=i get up, the stomach reporting that it requires food, again. i head to the messhall, again, looking for food. i see Miranda, Jason's friend. i wave=
Hey, Miranda.

(Jason)

=Adam was walking around the room, while I simply stood there, and watched=

Okay, first things first: We can't let her know. Ever. If she finds out, she'll try and kill us.

=I stepped forward right there=

No, I won't keep this a secret. If I do, and she finds out some other way, then things will be worse, and the rift that would have formed from me telling her, will become a canyon.

(Miranda)

=I heard Dormii's voice, and looked up to see him walking towards me. I smiled a little=

Oh, hey Dormii. How are you?

=i nod, and stand by the table, unsure if i can sit down=
Good-ish. I'd tell you the whole story, but you kinda seem like you got a lot on your plate right now, so to speak. Everything okay?

(Miranda)

=I grimace a little=

Is it that obvious?

=i give a half-grin, and motion if i can sit down=
Well, when you are what I am, you can't help but see the details.

(Miranda)

=I motioned for him to sit down=

Eh, well, it's probably nothing. It's just, a lot is going on right now. Jason got a lot of stuff from that last trip we did. And now, I just shared with him my story, and he didn't seem to good.

=i sit down and tilt my head, hoping my glazed eyes aren't too obvious=
What makes you say that?

(Miranda)

=I did my best not to show it, but i could feel the concern on my face=

His face got all chalk white, and his hands were shaking a little. Then he said he was getting stomach problems from the food, and went to find a bathroom.

=i nod=
Then something is wrong, or was wrong, depending on whether it really was bad food or not.

=i smile jokingly=
If I may ask, what was it that you told him that set him...scared, for lack of a better term.

(Miranda)

=I struggled with the choice. I didn't want to tell my story again, but it felt good to get it off my shoulders=

I told him about my past. How I used to be part of the United Rebel Front. Then I showed him the picture of my brother, and that's when he started to tense up.

(Jason)

=A minute later, I made up my mind. I was going to tell Miri the truth=

=i nod again=
Seems to me like guilt has spread in his mind. But I can't be sure unless I saw what he did, or see him currently.

(Miranda)

=I looked up in surprise=

Guilt? Why would you say guilt?

(Jason)

=I retraced my path back to the mess, only to find my worst nightmare play out: Dormii was talking with Miri, and I was pretty sure I told him about the mission that resulted in Adam's death. I walked over to them=

=i see Jason. I instantly close my mouth, cutting off my answer. i could tell Jason was determined to do something, and i didn't want to mess up his plan, whatever it was=

(Hopefully I have any idea what is going on or what to do)

=Xazhi enters the Labs section of the Comet and sees Mark=

Xaz- Do we have a rough idea yet?

Mark- We do. But it will take time.

=Mark shows Xazhi the design plans on his terminal=

Xaz- Good. How long?

Mark- A month.

Xaz- Gods. Well, given the nature of the project, its understandable. When is my operation?

Mark- This Neibasad.

Xaz- Good. I'll continue my end of the project.

=Xazhi heads to his lab station and continues working=

(This post took 11 minutes! Damn you, Wii!)

=i sneak out of our room, searching for xazhi. i walk into the labs and see him=

excuse me, xazhi, i have som blue prints with me.... i need you to make this.

=i hand him a rolled up piece of paper=

=starts checking on the town while walking in the halls=

still a hour and a half till sunrise

=Xazhi takes a moment to look over the blueprints and smiles a big grin=
