The upgrades were almost seamless. I've got to say, I like the new ship better than the old one. There is a problem though.

The ship is too big to maintain with just the two of us. And let's face it, we don't really have much experience on how to keep a ship running perfectly. No offense, but you don't know your engines, or how to tell when they need to be looked at before they give out.
