=A few hours pass. The Marines are around the base, not expecting an attack from more rebels. Christopher notices some Warthogs and Mongeese heading toward the hill. He comms his squad=

Christopher - I got some movement. Looks like a convoy.

Nolan - Damn. Get to the workshop. Lets make a plan before they attack.

=Christopher, Lance, Rosco, Ward, Nolan, and Joseph head to the workshop. Nolan uses his map scanner to see where the Rebels are=

Nolan - Okay. They are here. You can see that they are coming fast. Looks like a little convoy. If we set up on high ground, and attack we will have an advantage. It looks like there is a storm coming in. We will use that to our advantage. Marines, You set up here and there. My squad will be there.

=The pelicans land near the base. Rebels start heading throughout the base=

Marine on Comm - Lance. We have some rebels. They landed in pelicans. At least 40+ Get over here now.

Nolan - Set up around the town. My squad and some of your Marines will go assist those Marines.

=gets tired of swimming, and gets out of the pool=

=The marines get in their position on rooftops. Lance and Nolan's Fireteam and squad head to assist the marines pinned by rebels=

Marine from comm - SHIT! WE ARE PINNED! WHERE ARE YOU GUYS!

Lance - We are almost there. Hang in there.

Rosco - I'll go on that rooftop and snipe.

Lance - Do it quick.

=Rosco gets on the rooftop and gets in position=

Rosco - There is alot. Are you sure we can take them?

Lance - I don't know.

Nolan - Joseph. Open fire.

Joseph - Yes Sir.

=Joseph loads his HMG into the rebels. Hitting a few. Some rebels shoot a few launcher rockets at the Marines.=

Nolan - Take cover in those buildings!

Marine at Rooftops - The convoy kept going! They are heading towards you! Marines! Head towards Lance!

Lance - Shit! Half of us will need to cover the other side.

Nolan - I have an idea. Command. This is Nolan from the UNSC Marines Special Operations Task Force. We need something to assist us! Please respond!

Command - This is command. We are sending a Falcon. Hold tight Nolan.

=I had not really done anything today. Miri, Gabby, Kenny, and I stayed aboard the ship. It was boring, but we had nothing to do. I mostly planned on the assault on Vigil's base, but then i noticed something on my calender: It was getting close to the anniversary of one of my more......devastating missions. The colony my team had unknowingly destroyed, it was getting close to the nine year anniversary of it's death. My team and I had deployed what we thought were supplies for an outpost, to monitor the colony. Instead, it turned out that the "supplies" actually contained a new nerve agent that Vigil wanted to field test. "Acceptable losses," Harper had called it. I could not find a way to justify it. the only reason I had stayed in Vigil was because until then, I had never seen first hand what my actions had done=

=The Marines get pinned from all sides. 5 minutes pass. From the hill, you can see the Falcon=

Nolan - Throw a damn frag at those Warthogs!

=5 more minutes pass, About 25 rebels from the Pelicans and One Warthog are left=

Black Aces - This is Black Aces. Clearing those rebels for you.

=The falcon starts to fire at the warthog first, Blowing it up=

Blace Aces - We will need to turn around, Best if you get those Marines inside, and get those Marines off the rooftop.

Lance - You heard him, Get off the rooftops!

Nolan - Get inside!

=The Falcon starts to fire, then stops=

Blace Aces - Hold your fire.

=The Vulture rises, firing at the Rebels=

Vulture - That should be the rest.

Blace Aces - What the hell is that?

Nolan - I think thats the last of them.

Lance - Lets clean up.

=The Falcon lands and the soldiers get out=

Lance - Its a Vulture, and Advanced Ship.
