Biography: Leroy was enlisted into the army at a young age and forced to fight, he quickly rose thought the ranks because he would do ''anything to survive'', Even at the cost of he’s team. He was then assigned to the Orion project because of his amazing field results and was trained in all sorts of high tech weapons and gadgets. But he failed at the last test because of his ‘’lack in team work’’. He was shipped back to the UNSC and became sore at all of the ‘’others’’ that passed the test. He began working as a bounty hunter on the side and Encountered many other solider and Spartans. When Macgraw finds his target he will never let the live in peace until he’s ‘’killed’’ them or ‘’ruined’’ them.
Macraw uses a modified M99 rifle that uses the same technology and concept used on the larger Mass Drivers and MAC guns but on a much smaller scale.
Leroy has lost countless teams but just doesn’t seem to care, he sees them as ‘’expendable’’. Macgraw works in the HAWK team a small strike force that is used for ''clean up'' operations and ''Assignations'' Macgraw see's him self as the ''man the UNSC doesn't want but needs''
