"It appears we have no record of a Captain Miles and Whisper of Life"

=He feigns astonishment=

"This has happened on many occaisons. Fine. Proceed and we will begin the refitting process"

=The ship moves into position and is locked into place=

--Two Hours later--

(Miranda)
Again!
=we stood outside the Serenity, off of the airfield, in a large field of grass. A few bags were close by, packed with bottles of water, granola bars, and the all important towels. For the first half hour, we had gone through some basics: simple punches, kicks, and blocks. As the hour progressed, we had gone on to do some practice fights. That was where things went.....poorly=

(Molly)
=I picked myself up off the ground, for the tenth time=

Si- We are fine here, Inheritor.

=He and the other three SS continued to watch the work being done=


=Delta's vitals were coming back, slowly. Brain activity was rising, as was his heart rate. But, his body was still destroyed. Only transfer to a new body would allow for him to be able to function normally again. Sigma commed Xazhi, telling him to send a message to his lab workers aboard the Obsidian Wolf. He did so. Sigma went back to watching=

Very well. Do you mind if at least bring in some food and drink? I don't know about you guys, but if I'm waiting here for a day or two, I want to be well fed.

Si- Of course, Inheritor.

Okay then.
=I sent a radio call to Alpha Base. Mostly I asked for enough provisions to last two days. I gave the order though, that it be Sentinels that deliver the supplies. Estimated time, between gathering of supplies and delivery, was 15 minutes=



(Molly)
Can we take a break? I mean, I'm sore as he--
=I barely had time to block, as Miranda came at me in a sudden blur. I managed to block her first jab, but failed to stop her second=

(Miranda)
Do you think a real opponent will wait, just because you are tired? No! they will exploit any weakness you have, and move in for the kill.
=Was I being a bit harsh? Yes I was. Molly asked for me to train her, and this was how I'd train her. Hell, it's how I was trained=

Attack me Molly! Don't just wait for me to come to you! Get in close!

=With a snarl, I charged Miranda, readying a punch. She sidestepped me though, grabbing my arm with one hand, while her arm came low, hitting me in my lower back. She used my own damn momentum to lift me off the ground, flip me, and send me to the ground on my back. It all took two seconds=

Sun: so why exactly are we going there?

=I get up and head towards the hanger remembering the hanger is now clear=

i should probably clean the ship up...

=15 minutes later, and a few crates of food and water drifted into the room, either carried or escorted by Sentinels. I made a mental note to ask how the hell the crates got here to begin with=

=I walked to one of the crates, opened it, and found a few packs of military rations. Thankfully, on Haven, the rations tasted better. Now they tasted like salted shit, with ketchup and mustard. Like I said, better=

=I lay on the ground, breathing deeply, sweat seeping through my clothes, and making my skin slick=
Okay, how about we take a break now?

(Miranda)
Alright. I guess that is enough for now.
=I walked over to the bags, and pulled out a bottle of water, as well as a towel. I tossed both to Molly=

(Molly)
=I caught the bottle of water, unscrewed the cap, and took a deep drink. When I finished, I wiped at my face with the towel=

(Jeremy)

=I get up out of bed, and put Andrea back in my A.I. jack. I send a message to Leann=

Leann..?

(Leann)

=I hear Jeremy's voice=

Holy shit! I thought you were fucking dead you asshole!

(Jeremy)

I know, I know. Listen, I can't contact Jason. Tell him I said thanks.

Ah, okay. Well, nice to meet a friend of his. He's a good man. If you want to see him, he's in the medical wing of Alpha Base. I'll forwards you the coordinates, as well as the security clearance to land there.

=The work on Delta continued, better and faster than expected. Once all the organs were secure, placed in their respective areas, synthetic muscles were grafted onto the bone structure, as well as new veins and arteries-- a whole new circulatory system. Skin followed shortly, growing around the body. The nervous system was already in place, and signals were being fired to test them, making sure they worked. Results were good=

(Silver Light)
=My work was done. I could not accelerate the growth of the skin, without risking damage to the bodies outer appearance. I had the machines set to tend to the bodies growth though, and estimates showed that in twelve hours, the body would be alive. As for the mind.....I was not sure. It would all depend, on the mind itself=

=a while later, I got up, got dressed, and went to the hanger to help Kurbis clean the ship. I heard him mention when he left, and I just needed a bit of time to relax some more=

(Miranda)
Okay, so we're done with fighting for today. Now, time to run.

(Molly)
Run? Are you kidding me? We just sparred for two hours, and I'm already sore as hell!

(Miranda)
If I let you relax, you'll just fall asleep for a few more hours.

(Molly)
So? It's always day here!

(Miranda)
Doesn't matter. Come on!
=I broke into a jog, not looking back. The field we were in was close to some trees, and the ground was pretty flat, enough that we could jog and not twist an ankle=

Tera slowly looked around the corner, he was sure he saw something very odd, something he had never seen before. There it was again, he could hear it. Tera got his Plasma Rifle at the ready, and whatever it was charged at him very quickly. He opened fire, hitting it as it still charged.

"Die you parasite!"

He narrowly evaded whatever it was, he dropped his rifle and grabbed his sword.

"By the will of the gods, I will be your end!"

He swiped at it taking an arm off in the process, then towards the other arm and then the chest. The parasite fell over, Tera looked over the body.

"What the hell is that?!"

He remembered his warriors and then started running, he would need to get back to them and tell them about this, parasite.

(Molly)
=with a sigh, I got up, and jogged with Miranda. Well, behind her seemed more appropriate. Hell, I had no idea where she was getting her stamina, but whatever it was, she kept jogging. I looked like I was somewhere between limping and jogging=
Hey, can we slow down maybe? What if we get lost?

(Miranda)
We'll be fine! The trees are spaced far enough here that I can still see the ship.
=I kept moving, sweat trickling down my back, my arms. It was only through years of training that I was able to keep moving. That, and a huge amount of exercise to keep me in shape=


--Medical Chamber--

(Silver Light)
=I checked the status of the patient, known as "Delta." Vitals were good, brain activity was good, circulatory system was functional.........thousands of other biological systems were checked, and they all proved to be, as the Inheritor would say, "in the green." Such strange terms=

Inheritor, the patient, "Delta," is healed. Shall I awaken him?

(Jason)
Whoa, you did it? But, I thought you said it was impossible?

(Silver Light)
I said it would be difficult. It was. Shall I awaken him?

(Jason)
I don't know.
=I turned to Sigma and his friend=

Do you want me to awaken him here, now? Or do you want to take him back?

Si- Awaken him here.

(Leann)

=I went through all the security checks, landed, and started to make my way to Jeremy=

(Jason)
Alright. Silver, wake him up.

(Silver Light)
Very well, Inheritor.
=I administered the stimulant to the subjects body, waking him from his......deep sleep=

I advise caution Inheritor. I have no idea how he will act upon awakening.

I finally made it to the bridge. The debris still blocked most paths so it had took me a lot longer. I yawn as I walked through the doors.

Hello?

=He hears a voice and turns in his chair to face the door=

Hey.

=He had been going over plans in his head. Paper with his handwriting cover an area=

I smile at Draco

I walk over and examine his notes

I was hugging my ship because it was about time i could get into the hanger without being attacked.

=i make it into the kitchen and find a good sized looking knife. I grab it and head back to Kurbis=

Just doing some journal entries.

=After what felt like hours, we finally stopped jogging. I'm sure it wasn't really hours, but it sure as hell felt like it. After we had jogged for maybe a mile in one direction, we turned around, and jogged all the way back to the ship. I think I would have preferred extra sparring lessons, than the jogging. At least we would have been closer to the ship. That said, we reached the ship, and I all but collapsed onto the ground, grabbing the bottle of water, and taking long, deep drinks=

(Miranda)
Don't drink too fast. That's bad for you.

(Molly)
Why? It's not like we're going to work out again, right?

(Miranda)
Not right now, no. But it's still not a good idea to drink too much water, too quickly.

(Molly)
Fine.
=I set the bottle back down, and pulled my legs in, until I was sitting cross-legged=

So, how much more of this are we going to go through?

(Miranda)
Not how much, but how long. We'll only stop, until I'm sure you can really fight.

(Lana)
=i nod=
Mhmm. Just a bit more, and you can stop hugging your ship.

=i cut the last little bit of web and catch him as he falls, making sure the knife doesn't hit him=

(Molly)
What do you mean, "Really fight?"

(Miranda)
I mean once I'm sure you can hold your own. That you can fight without someone having to hold your hand.

Scythe: yes ma'm

=i hug her, despite no longer being attached to my ship i still have web on me=

=Delta woke up, slowly at first. As he opened his eyes and looked around for a brief moment, he realized what had happened. He went for his knife and shot up as he took a swing at the air=

De- Ishtar!

Si- Delta, calm down. Its fine now.

=He looks over to Sigma=

De- Sigma? What happened?

=I felt I may as well explain what happened=
You were brought here, to Haven. My world. We revived you Delta, after your ship was destroyed. Took some time, but I've been assured that you are now back to your former health.

=I considered for a moment, then....=

=Delta gets up off the table, and almost imidiately collapses. He catches himself on the table=
