"Nononononono!"
=I move to right avoiding some taking some.=
"Where is that frigate?! Gahh! Move!"
=The Ship Moves Some more but is still taking heavy amounts of damage, eliminating shields.=
"Oh Fuck. I'm going to die aren't I? A.I."
No. Not if you go into slip-space away from here.
"Good Idea. Activate Slip-space!!"
=I move to the left avoiding another wave.=
Coordinates?
"Next To Them. Whisper Of Life to be exact!!"
=Ship starts taking more damage causing fires and explosions.=
Why?
"Do it! I have to go, just do it."
=I don't wait for him to respond. I already knew what it was going to say. 'Far to dangerous' but that was the plan.=
=Darting towards the escape pods and through doors I find it. The intercom speaks 'going into slip-space in five... four..'=
=The pod opens its door and jump in. The one is said and we go into slip-space which is only for a moment.=
"Waaaaahhhh!!"
=It was child like, my scream but none could hear.=
=My ship scrapes against theirs causig painful noise for me.=
"Here I Go. Wait. A.I. fire into their ship enough for a hole about my size!!"
Yes ma'am. Firing...
=Most cannons on the Ship, firing into it. Wasn't to horribly long and the scraping helped take out their shields. Once they were gone bursting a hole wasn't hard. As there were already hole ripped open.=
Fired! Whatever Your Plan Is, Good Luck.
"Thank you! Best of luck to you!"
=I hit the button sending me through space into their ship. Unknown Where Exactly But At Least It Was Inside.=

(Dormii)
=the ship shuddered. It was noticeable, very noticable, and all but shook me out of my seat next to Jay. I got up and looked around for answers, as if they were written on the walls=

(Miranda)
=I stared at him in disbelief=
And you just now remembered that? Jesus Jason.....

=I got myself under one of his arms, and helped him to his feet=
Come on, let's get you to the med bay. Argo, you have the ship. Once we exit slip-space, land us back inside Haven.

(Jason)
And be sure to tell the Molly, the Council, and Silver that I'm back.
=With Miri's help, we walked to the elevator. Okay, yeah I was probably acting like a wimp, having her help carry me and all. I mean, I'd suffered worse. But hey, I enjoyed having her this close to me, tending to my wounds=

*Hanson*
=Luckily he has survived worse and pulls through though and eventually wakes up.=
"Hey, can you hear me?"

(Al)
=Shit. I'm alive!! The first thing I want to do is jump for joy. But I was in no condition to move.=
"Yes."

-Atlas-

=He goes over the Whisper's reading=

*Hmm*

=The enemy ship had exited beside them and blasted down the shields=
=Ship wide comm=

*Teams Alpha through Foxtrot. Report to areas that require the most assistance. There may be an enemy aboard the ship as well. You have full permission to eliminate the threat*

=He charges up one of the cannons and fires. It hits straight on through the enemy ship. Smaller cannons make quick work of the ship as well=

-Dante-

=They both manage to hear the shipwide comm=

Zayne: They've broken in. They are killing your men. What if Lynn is out there right now. Right now, dead. Her corpse laying on the ground against a wall. What of Grace? She could also be dead

Stop it.

Zayne: Stop what? Telling you the full situation? Your precious soldiers. Your lover. Your friends could die. All while you lay on this table. Eliminate the threat, Dante. Show them the thing that they created

(Jessie)
"Ok ok, I need to figure out where I am and..."
Destroy the engines. That reminds of one Spartan who tried to take them back around the time they escaped. Juli I think. Her usual plan was disabling ships. Ha! Thats why I'm reminded of her, MIA now. Unfortunately.
=My voice trails off into my head, don't want the ship to find me.=
=I look around not seeing much. Oh, the sign.=
=I start running to doors, through halls believing and most likely going to the engine room.=

(Al)
"D*mmit! She left didn't she? Knew this would happen. They're far to dangerous. Vikings are not to be messed with."
=I push a doctor outta way and stand.=
"We weren't informed that he was a Viking otherwise we wouldn't have come. Shes needs to get back here before she dies."

*Hanson*
"How did you know that she left?"

(Al)
"Overheard. Handn't completely died. Look we need to get her back. Did she sent for reinforcements?"

*Hanson*
"I wouldn't know. We could take another ship after her. I could grab my soldiers, what's left of them."
=I look back at my two men.=
"That wouldn't work, we need a crew."

(Al)
"Get that done. What ship are we taking?"

*Hanson*
"The Bold Crusader, Bay 8. Ill get the men."
=I run towards the A.I. console. Activate it.=
"Get a crew and whatever soldiers we have left in Bay 8."

*A.I.*
"Just the crew. Sending them now."

*Hanson*
"Alright fine."
=I turn to my men.*
"You ready guys? Lets go."

(Al)
=All four of us run for bay 8.=

(Dormii)
=i decided to go looking for whatever hit us, maybe doing something to help instead of harm would make me feel better. I made my way out of the medbay and into the hallway. I took a guess and headed towards the engine room=

(Jason)
=We took the lift down to the crew deck, and from there a short walk to the tiny little med-bay. Since my nose was just broken and not out of place, it was left alone. I got a big bag of ice for it though. My ribs on the other hand, were a different story. Scans showed that I had three ribs broken (Juggernaut. Nuff said) and Miri was not really trained to deal with that type of injury. I on the other hand, while no practician of medicine, still had some basic battlefield medical training, enough to cover rib fractures. By the time we were done, Argo had landed the ship, and my chest was wrapped in bandages=

-Atlas-

=He takes over the cameras of the ship and looks through each. Finding something interesting running towards the engine room and broadcasts another shipwide comm=

*Teams Hotel and Whiskey head straight for the engine room*

-Dante-

=They hear the message=

Zayne: It's time to get up

=His eyes flutter open and he sits up. Lynn's eyes shine as he rises=

Lynn: Are you alright?

=He nods=

Dante: We need to go to the engine room.

=He stands and they both head off=

-Atlas-

=With the enemy ship knocked out he makes the ship go under another jump. Following are the other ships=

(Dormii)
=i stopped by my room on the way, and picked up my rifle. I made sure it was loaded before I continued on my way. I was certain I was on the right path when I heard the announcment. I couldn't aim very well what with my busted hand, but I could support it's weight and fire it, and the accuracy was bad anyway, with the length and design of the barrel being the way it is=

(Molly)
=My squad and I were still aboard the Silver Hawk, waiting between patrol shifts. The previous day, I had received a message from Jason. Said he had to go away on some business, which was fine with me. 24 hours later, I got another message from him, saying he was back. Truth be told, I'd begun to see so little of my godfather that I couldn't tell if I cared that he was back. I mean, I knew the reasons for why we saw so little of each other: He was the Admiral, in charge of an entire planet's defenses and military, not to mention a member of the Council. No one knew that I was his goddaughter, and I had a feeling he didn't want others to know that either. I doubted it was a source of shame for him, but more a way of protecting the both of us. If people knew that I was his goddaughter, there was a chance that I'd be a target. Oh sure, the majority of people on Haven, and in its military, loved him, respected him, and would go to Hell and back for him. Others though, would probably like to send him to the mouth of Hell and leave him there, if the rumors I was starting to here told me anything. A lot of people were not content with hiding away inside Haven, not with all this military power at their hands. A lot of them wanted to use the weapons here, to strike out at the race that ran those massive ships. Something about "retribution."Regardless, I knew where my loyalties were. With my godfather, and the Haven military=

=Hears Announcement Also.=

=I have my weapon out which gave me a idea.=
=May not be original but it worked, shooting the cameras as I go by.=
=Bit A little longer I turn around and inside run for the control room.=
"Wild goose chase."

=i made my way down the hallway, my broken hand hanging loosly next to my body in a small cast. My fingers had free movement, but my wrist and palm were stuck in place. My other hand held my rifle, barrel down, the integrated bayonet close to scraping on the ground as I walked along on a wounded knee. I was determined to do something to help, even if I died trying=

(Hans)
=Things had been progressing quite smoothly in the past 24 hours, especially under the absence of Jason. My movement had grown, and we now had a decent plan of action. Supplies were now stocked in such a way as to not warrant suspicion, and my movement had spread to the military and fleet. While we did not have the entire package on our side, enough were with us that we had access to weapons and ships. I had some people, smart tech specialists, working on our biggest problems: the Sentinels, and the entrances out of Haven. The Sentinels were in such number that our only hope would be a virus, though we knew we had no hope of shutting down the entire network. Our best shot, was to stall them, force them to reboot their systems long enough for us to escape. We'd need a similar method, for the entrances to Haven, but that would hopefully be an easier task. For now, we simply prepared=

-Atlas-

=He notices the cameras being shot out. Following the path of the cameras and the layout of the ship=

*Not getting away that easily*

=He goes into individual comm systems and notifies Gamma team to head towards the control room. He tells the teams previously sent out to continue their pace to the generator. Ship wide comm=

*Be on high alert. Shoot to kill, I repeat shoot to kill*

=Soldiers who begin to see this threat begin to open fire=

-Dante/Lynn-

=They make a stop to the armoury to grab their things. Once in their armour they set off. He access's Atlas=

Dante: Give me the layout of the ship and points of interest to head to

Atlas: One second

=Soon his map updates with hotpoints and they set off for the closest one=

(Dormii)
=i was barely registering what was going on. I heard gunshots, and tried to steer my way towards them, but I wasn't paying attention to any comms or announcements. I was simply trying to get to the intruder and help eliminate them=

(Jessie)
=My assault rifle pointing forward as I kept running, unsure of what lies ahead.=
=I pass a corner and read that I'm in a hanger bay, 2? 3? I couldn't read, I was busy running.=
=But I did know, I was getting close. I thought about my explosive I had with me. How I would place it.=
Slip-Space Core! That, is what I need.

(Al)
=We all get to the hanger and embark the ship.=
"A.I. coordinates?"
=He sends us them and we exit the bay.=

*U.N.S.C. Frigate Golem Of Defence*
=Our ship exited slip-space and saw a ship exiting.=

*Frigate Captain Lee*
=I turn on the comms to the Refit Station.=
"We have arrived. Now where are these convicts?"

*A.I.*
=I get a Comm request and accept it.=
"The convicts have escaped through slip-space. Coordinates sent. Aid the ship leaving now."

*Frigate Captain Lee*
"Okay. Going into Slip-space."
=I order Ron to send us into it. Following the other ship as it goes into slip-space.=

It was over. We were attacked by both sides. Rebels from the north, and the Covenant from the south. We have little to nothing to defend this with. Then we had hope. What was it? Why don't I tell you?




Jeremy - You don't understand! We have wounded!

Sergeant Miller - I told you, I don't care what you have to say, get on the Pelican.

=The ground shakes, feeling like a quake=

Chase - That doesn't sound to good.

=Sergeant Miller walks into a Pelican, and comms HM Headquarters=

Sergeant Miler - Command, this is Sergeant Miller, we've got something.

Command - Report your findings, Sergeant Miller.

Miller - It appears to be Marines. We aren't the only Marines here. They aren't friendly either. It app--..

Marine - COVENANT!

=Grunts, Jackals, Brutes and whatever else they had emerge from any and all directions. Whiskey Squad runs for a Pelican to take cover in. They fire whatever they have at the Pelican=

Miller - Shit. We need reinforcements. We have Covenant on our asses.

Command - We have emergency units inbound.

=Miller spins his fingers, and walks into the Pelican Whiskey Squad is in. The door shuts behind him=

Miller - We have reinforcements, but, we need somewhere safe for them to get to. Where would that be?

Chase - The hilltop, we have an operations base there.

(Jason)
=I had hoped, to rest for the day. Sadly, a message came in from David, requesting my immediate presence. Not at the Council tower though. He wished to see me, back at Osea. It struck me as odd, but I had a feeling that it was important. So, I cleaned myself up, got dressed in casual clothes, and left the ship. I took the teleporter, and a few seconds later I was standing outside the capital building of the city=

=Foxtrot comes across the intruder. They form up and begin to open fire using their assault rifles=

Karen(comms): Intruder found heading towards the slipspace core. Send reinforcements.

*Sending coords now to all squads*

-Dante/Lynn-

=They recieve an update on the map to the location and head there. Passing teams also headingin the same direction=

-Foxtrot-

Karen: Kill this bitch!

=The sounds of bullets ripping the air fill the hallway=

(Jason)
=Once I got through the front doors, I saw several people moving around the lobby. Most of them were councilmen and women for Osea. They worked under David to write the laws for the city, though the laws were generally the same as the laws for the rest of Haven. In other places, there were guards either standing watch at key points, or just moving to their next watch point. It was all an interesting site; remember, this was in a Forerunner structure, yet housed and operated by humans. I didn't bother asking for directions, I knew where David's office was located and my status as both a Councilor and Admiral granted me the power to move where I wanted without needing to check with the guards. His office was a few floors up, so I took one of the lifts up. I always found the lifts kinda cool. Forerunners must have been a claustrophobic race, because as opposed to the cramped, enclosed elevators of humans, the lifts were very spacious, with no box to occupy. Instead, it was a platform, no ceiling, in an open tube=

-Dante/Lynn-

=He notices a large mass forming in an area near the slipspace core=

Dante: Alright, we're almost there.

Lynn: Good.

=She looks at him as they run=

Lynn: Don't do anything too drastic.

=He looks at her and nods. Under his helmet, his eyes are switching between the two colours=

Dante: I won't.

(Dormii)
=i followed the sounds of gunshots, approaching the Slipspace core area. I saw Lynn and Draco talking, and heard the gunshots get louder. I made my way down the hall, determination set on my face=

(Jessie)
"Aw shit... Compromise is needed."
=I take cover behind a door I came from.=
"Got to be another way.."
=I look up at the cameras above and around this door. I break them easily.=
"Now they can't see me. Plan D. Or really. New plan."
=I start working with the door, doing several things that wouldn't work If someone knew.=

*Nurse*
"He should wake up... now."
=I stood over the bed of the Sangheili? Whatever they're called.=

=Whiskey team comes around a corner while Foxtrot spreads out to find the intruder=

Raul: Where are they?

Karen: Hiding. Only one.

=She motions to move ahead and around the door=
=He nods and moves off=

Karen(Comms with Atlas): Direct a couple squads towards the slipspace core. Whiskey and Foxtrot have the intruder's main location.

Atlas: Sending teams Alpha and November, now.

-Dante/Lynn-

=He accesses the conversation=

Dante: I want this intruder left for myself. Don't kill them.

Karen: Gotcha bossman.

=He shakes his head=

Dante: Don't call me that.

=They near the opposite side of the hallway in which the Spartan had taken refuge=

(Jason)
=I almost didn't feel the sudden acceleration from the platform as it rose beneath me. A few seconds later, I got off the platform, somewhere around the mid-level floors. The interior looked the same as the rest of the city; metallic silver walls, thick glass for windows, featureless floors, and several lights spread out to illuminate the room. There was a hall before me, that led to the Councilman's chambers, and I immediately set off. It wasn't long before I ended up at a large door, which soon opened, the pieces that comprised it sliding away. The office of the Councilor, was very large. Or maybe it was large to me because while I was also a councilor, I lived in a fairly cramped ship. There was a large table occupying one end of the room, with several different holographic screens hovering above the table. From what I could make out from the screens, they displayed status reports of the city, mainly things that demanded the attention of a Councilor. Behind the desk, in place of a wall, was a massive glass pane, that served as a window. Outside, was the city. David sat behind the desk, reading the screens one at a time until he noticed me=

(David)
Ah, Jason. You're here, good. We need to talk.

(Jason)
=I walked further inside=
What about David?

(David)
I've been keeping an ear to the ground lately, mainly within the city of Yuktobania. Ever since Councilor Hans's outburst, during our failed negotiations with Delta, I felt it would be safe to keep informed about affairs within the city.

(Jason)
You found something?

(Jessie)
=I finished rigging the door to make several things happen. Several pipes were now coughing out smoke.=
Okay, All Set.
=My helmet filtered the air, as expected.=
=My breath becoming small, my heart stops racing and I enter a calm state.=
=I begin to climb up into the hollowed ceiling, above the doorway, next to the pipes.=

(Al)
=Both ships flew into ship-space, going at the speed of light towards the given destination.=
=There wasn't any talking as no one could hear. As always.=

(Dormii)
=i walk up to Draco and Lynn=

Maybe. Something is definitely going on.
=He made a motion over one of the holographic controls, and suddenly a new screen appeared above the table, so large it replaced the other screens=

This is footage a security Sentinel managed to record during one of its patrols. Now, it never noted anything illegal-- citizens are allowed to congregate where they please so long as they are not hazardous or trespassing. But, it did pick up something on its audio recorder.

=The footage began to play. In it, there was an entrance to what looked like one of the outlying buildings of the Yuktobanian city, maybe an empty warehouse of some sort. At the entrance, was a fairly brutish looking man, maybe the guard or watchman. He was talking with two people, checking them out from what I could tell. While he frisked them, one of them asked a question=

*Civilian*
This is where we meet, right? To break free of the Council chains?

*Guard*
=He stood up quickly, and shot the civilian a glare that shut him up. Then, he motioned for the two civilians to get inside, while he looked around. The footage ended=

(Jason)
=I had the footage play itself over again a few times, a frown forming on my face. Once I was convinced that replaying it would gain me nothing, I ended the video, and faced David again=
Okay, that's interesting.

(David)
=I looked across the table at Jason=
Worrying is more like it.

(Jason)
Do you think Hans could be behind this?

(David)
I don't know. He was very adamant before, in his belief that we should attack the XNNOs.

(Jason)
But he changed. I mean, we were all there, we heard him.

(David)
=I gave Jason a flat look=
Believe it or not Jason, most people are very adept at lying. It's almost like an art to them.

(Jason)
Well, yeah sure. But this is a Councilor we're talking about here, a trusted servant of the people.
=I started to pace around the room=

I mean, you realize, what you're implying here, right?

(David)
=I never moved from my chair, though I did rest my elbows on the desk, and fold my hands together=
That Hans Grimm, a man that lost his family to the XNNO race, to Delta, might be plotting an insurrection of some kind?

=I leaned back in my chair a little=
God, the thought seems too ludicrous to even consider.

-Dante/Lynn-

=He looks to face Dormii as they slow down. He shakes his head not understanding the language. He looks to Lynn=

Lynn: We don't know exactly.

Atlas: The intruder had gone into a room. I lost sight. She is either still in there. Or she is in the vents.

Dante: Send troops to the ends of the vents incase. Are there troops in the core room?

Atlas: The core room is secured.

=He nods=

Dante: Good.

=Atlas gives the command for troops to cover the ends of the vents=

(Jason)
So, what should we do? I mean, it's not enough to raise anything against him, and if we do, it could turn bad.

(David)
I know......
=He rubbed his forehead with one hand=

I say, we watch, closely. Gather evidence. Then, when we're sure of it, and have proof...

(Jason)
We'll confront him. For right now, I suggest you order the security forces here to keep a closer watch. Not martial law, but definitely a strong presence. And don't tell them anything specific. I want to make sure we keep the circle of people that know about this, small.

(David)
I'll inform the other Councilors. I trust them.

(Jason)
Alright. Walk carefully David, I suspect we tread close to something very big, if not very dangerous.
=I was silent for a moment, then nodded at him=

If nothing else, good day Councilor.
=With that, I turned, and walked out. The whole time I walked out of the building, and to the teleporter, my mind raced with the implications of what was discussed=

(Dormii)
=i nod=

=I simply wait in the ceiling, in the smoke. Waiting for them to come.=
Wait. What's the use of blowing their slip space core if no one knows where I am? Comms... and core. To much to destroy!!
=I started formulating a plan.=

(Al)
=We both exit slip space at where the Infraction was last located.=
Nothing is seen, just a asteroid belt and space junk.
"Fuck!! Where'd she go? Where did they go?!"
=Feeling guilty for her near 100% death, I starting thinking of ways to found out where she went to.=
"Ok. Maybe they went into slip space and she followed? I don't see any space remains. Maybe she flew back to the station letting them go?"
=I struggled

(Jason)
=Stepping onto the teleporter pad began to feel routine for me. The thought made me chuckle a little. Hell, I had the possibility of an insurrection on my hands here, and I was getting worried about my life becoming routine? I may have drawn a few awkward glances from some passing people, but I didn't care, especially when the pad activated and sent me across Haven in seconds=

-Dante/Lynn-

=She looks at Dormii=

Lynn: Orders.

=He looks up towards Foxtrot=

Dante: Foxtrot! Move in towards the room!

Karen: Sir!

=He watches as they move. They too move towards the room=

(Jessie)
Alright. Finally. Now until they open the door.
=I nearly slip but catch myself.=

=Down on Xenos, things were moving quite smoothly. The armada was back up to full strength, partly due to help from the Sethalii and partly from the newly improved Cloning procedures developed by Sigma. There were now efficient industries transforming the planet into a new Obsidian Wolf, and a Capital City had already been built. It was now ~28 hours after the meeting between Delta and the other five XNNO leaders, and preparations were being made for a visit to Haven. With the Azure Comet and the other capital ships at full armament and crew, they set the course and went into partial Lockdown. A great portal tore open into slipspace before them, and they jumped in. This time, Delta was determined in his plans...=

=Foxtrot stacks the door and Juan tosses a flashbang through the door. Once it goes off they storm in=
=They see no-one and begin to look around=

=Dante and Lynn stay out of the doorway and wait=

=Karen sees a panel missing from the ceiling=
=She points up and the troops aim their guns upwards=

=He walks in=

Dante: Surrender now. You have nowhere to run.

(Dormii)
=i call into the panel, keeping my rifle ready, but not aimed=
Crede mihi, nihil prosperum habebitis volutpat.

(Jessie)
=That flashbang put me out of focus, so I wasn't able to do it.=
=My head was woozy but I could make out several figures pointing guns through my created hole.=
"Okay, you got me. I'm coming down."
=I smile as I shove the pipes down, crashing into some people. Before they realize whats going on I jump out.=
=Somebody fires, causing my shields to go loud. But I hadn't cared, adreniline was kicking in, making me grab one of the pipes and throw out out the door towards some armoured Spartans.=

=Juan and Karen go down from a pipe. He sees one come flying towards them and he activates the armblade. It slices right on through the pipe. He retrieves his hand cannon and fires a few rounds into the Intruding Spartan=

Zayne: Show your power.

(Jessie)
=I expected more fire but not... whatever this is. I was shot backwards through the hall, slamming hard on the floor and sliding to a stop at the far end. =
=My shields screamed for a second signalling they were gone. I was dazed, unable to see.=
"What... No..."
=My voice was rasp and otherwise unaudible. I really couldn't speak with the wind blown out of me.=
=I tried getting up only to end up nearly falling on my back, but I had managed to stay up staring down the hall at them.=

(Dormii)
=I pointed my rifle at the intruder, noting it was the spartan from the station who tried to have me killed. I snarled and fired a few shots at her legs, the 13.7mm rounds making a horrendous buzzing sound as they went through the air. I was reminded of a buzz saw and an insect as they blurred towards the target, spreading out slightly as the short barrel did it's job of increasing natural spread=

(Jessie)
=I noticed sounds, loud sounds. Reflex made me grab my bubble shield and throw it to the ground.=
"Did it... work? yes, wake up jess."
=I turn to my left where I had come from previously and run in that direction, away from the hostiles.=
Comms, Comms, Comms

(Dormii)
=i run after her as best I can, walking through the bubble shield, the other soldiers running past me and going after her. My knee screams at me, but I ignore it=

=Charlie team appears in the same direction that the intruder is going. They aim their midranged weapons and open fire=

=He and Lynn run out, following where the intruder went=

(Jessie)
Damn...
=I take a good amount of fire thankfully my armour defends against most of it.=
=I've no chance if I stayed put. It seems like suicide but what choice did I have other then keep running?=
=I throw a flashbang as well as a grenade towards them causing confusion as I run by. Quickly my head was returning to normal.=

=The flashbang goes off on the team. Scattered and confused they look around. It is only until the grenade goes off do they realize. The grenade was off course and went too far behind them=

=Once they regain their composure they fire again=

=Dante and Lynn pass by them both of them firing their weapons=

-Atlas-

=He begins to move teams to form blockades on the routes that the intruder could take=

(Dormii)
=i kept moving, following the others. I wasn't fast, by any means, but I was steady. Think of me like a glacier, passing stunned and confused soldiers or being passed by soldiers heading to the new locations=

(Hans)
