"I got some discomfort in my lower back.." Sera put on a cute face. "Please nurse, make it better?"



Meanwhile, the Archangel exited the Mass Relay and powered towards the Citadel.

I shift my hands down to her lower back above her hips and go to loseing her ttense muscles.

"Here?... or lower?"

"Right there is perfect." Sera smiled, then rested her forehead on Star's chest. "How did this happen? How did...did I get so lucky?"

I give small shrug.

"I don't believe in luck, though a lot of you humas do. Things like this happen because they as re ment to."

"Then thank God for making me meet you." Was all she said.

Vex kicked McRolf off. "Go be a dick in the bar!"
"Make me!"
"I don't have to."
The door closed. Vex sighed. "Should I have let her stay..."

I sit there silent, enjoying her company.

A few hours after dumping McRolf on the Citadel, the Archangel now in another mass relay.
Time to go save a colony.

I blink awake from where I had been laying with Sera; I had somehow fallen asleep laying next to her, my nose burrowed in her hair, and my arms wrapped around protectively.

Vex buzzed the door to Sera's room, and waited.

I flinch, and roll looking at the door. I kiss Sera on the head and slide the cover up her body onto her shoulders. I grab a bath robe and wrap it around me and opened the door.

"CO, what brings you to the lair?"

Vex sighs. "We're gonna enter some fighting for sure. And I'm short on medics. I know you don't want to leave her but I need your help. A lot of people could be hurt and need immediate attention."

I nod.

"I'll stay with her until you need me though, if you don't care..?"

"Of course. We won't arrive for another hour..." vex sighed. "Stick with her."
She left.

I nod and close the door, stalking back to the bed and crawling in behind Sera and cuddling up behind her.

"Hey sweetie."

Sera groaned, starting to wake up.
"Star?"
Yep. Blue arms. She smiled sleepily. "Morning..."

I grin an nuzzel the back of her neck.

"I didn't want want to wake you; you looked so... peaceful and cute"

Sera smiled.
"Glad I'm to your liking."
She snuggled back into Star.

I laugh then get serious.

"CO said I may be needed, there's a figbt coming up.."

"Oh."
Sera looked crestfallen. "Promise to cme back to me?"

I nuzzel he neck and snuggle up next to here.

"I plan on it sera."

Sera rolled over to face Star.
"Say promise."

I laugh and roll my eyes.

"Oh alright. I promise to come back."

Sera gave Star a long, sweet kiss.
"Be careful."

The Tram arrived at a dock. Alliance officials were waiting, guns drawn, for me to arrive.

"You're under arrest."

I didn't resist, I was confused. None of this made any sense....

"I'm allways careful."

I give her a kiss.

I fly out of a air lock

Sera snuggled up again.
"Good. I plan to be yours, so do me a favor and be here for that.

Meanwhile, the ship approached the colony...and sat in orbit, as Vex was called to the bloody comm room.

I hold her close for our last few minuted untill someone would call me down.

Sera pressed her lips to Staria's. "Be careful. I don't want to lose my guiding star."

At that moment, the door buzzed.
"Miss Staria. Commander Barenziah says it's time."

I flash her a wink and untangle myself, get into my jumpsuit and holster my side arm.

"See you in a bit Sera."

I walk out the door and nod at the crewman.

"Understood, where does she want me?"

"Hanger bay." He answered. "Don't worry, we'll watch out for Sera. Wouldn't want to lose our soccer champ." He said before leaving her be.

I grin at the inside joke and make my way to the hanger bay.

Wonder how bad this will be..

Vex was loading people into a shuttle.
"Alright Dalinari. Get in. We got wounded and we'll need every medic we can get." She turned to Staria. "Faster we get this done, faster you can work on getting into Sera's pants." She said before climbing into the shuttle.
"Mount up!"

I climb in and take a seat.

"I like they way you think Vex."

I give a thumbs up and wait for the ride to start.

The Commander smirked.
"Hang on ladies and asari. This won;'t be a smooth ride. Hit it!"

The shuttle took off, exited the hanger, and headed down to the planet.

I note the ladies part as a insult to the men aboard but i'm not for sure how to respond to the Asari part, so I grin at her.

"So i'm just medic, no shooting stuff?"

"If it shoots at you with lethal intent, bust a cap in their ass." Vex said. "Especially if it's one of these jokers."

I nod, patting my gun.

"Well I probably won't aim for their ass, unless its Sera."

Vex laughs. "I just trust you're not wanting her for sex?" She said icily.

I raise an eyebrow at her.

"I have a purity ring. Could it be that our Vex cares for Sera despit the soccer ball?"

She narrows her eyes.
"Don't go preachin' it." She said quietly, only so Staria heard her.
Vex stuck her helmet on and tossed Staria a commlink. "Put it in and get ready."

I frown. My ears were two narrow slits. I place it inside my helm and hope I can hear it well.

"Testing?"

"We hear you." Vex said as they exited the atmosphere and hit gravity.

I could hear them too.

"Oh thats good."

The transport shutters from the sudden resistance.

Vex taps her comm twice.
"Five minutes to drop. Lock n' load marines! It's make your mama's proud time!" She shouted.

He nodded. "That's nice of you. Trying to keep your family name alive. I applaud you." He felt his head loll to the side, his neck at an awkward position. "My parents were not so lucky either. Slavers came to my house. My parents wouldn't comply, so I sat in the closet, looking out as my dad got executed and my mom received the same. All I did was sit. My brother had already been dead, long story, and so it was just me. So I suppose we're alike in that respect." He sighed.
