| Chat mods need to state they are clearing the chat before they clear it. So that people have a warning of whether or not to copy and paste or save what they were saving before having it erased. | |

| Why....? If you are going to save bits of the chat, you turn off auto refresh so you can save it all. If you are having a conversation, you just retype your most recent message, assuming it wasn't what caused the clear in the first place.

| well I think it is common courtesy to state you are clearing the chat and chat mods do so, but they do it quickly to where it confuses the users. | |
