=i start working on adjusting some of the coding for the systems in the Cyclops, adding in an Overdrive mode which turns off the gear limiters for short periods of time, allowing for faster runs, stronger lifts, and a more powerful grip for a few seconds=

(Lana)
=i start to think of Scythe while meditating and I get...well, warm, we'll leave it at that. i focus and the feeling goes away, but not completely. i keep meditating=

= it comes into the light and stops=

(He continues to hear it)
(He continues his own meditation)

(Kaylee) : Sir. I'm getting movement up the hill

(Justin) : Its probably nothing.

(Kaylee) : Okay, Sir. But if I get more readings, Please check it out.

=it gets more curious and move right in front of draco sitting there=

=They land in the Comet's hanger and bring Kurbis to the medbay. Doctors get to work on him immediately. Xazhi approaches one of the doctors=

So how bad is he, Doc?

Doctor- He's in real bad shape. He'll be out for at least a few days.

=Xazhi has SS1 go find Lana=

(He opens his eyes)

Hmm. A dog like creature...hmm

(He sighs)
(He returns to the meditation)

=i sit up and stretch. and I stand and repeat, doing everything I can to keep my mind off of Scythe and where he is right now=

=SS1 knocks on Lana's door=

SS1- Lt Lana? May i speak with you breifly?

(Lana)
=i go to the door and open it, sighing=
Yes?

SS1- It's about Kurbis, ma'am. He's been shot. Six times. The doctors arent sure about him right now. The captain thought you woulf want to know.

(Lana)
=my face goes into shock=
Dammit, dammit...where? Where is he?

SS1- He's in the Medbay, Ma'am. Follow me.

=The guard starts off towards the Medbay=

The Doctor continues to drive the vehicle like he stole it. (which he did) until it runs out of gas on the highway. 20 miles from his destination. it's been 5 and a quarter hours. In a fit of rage the doctor flips the vehicle over the mountain side. He then proceeds to jog the rest of the way.

(Lana)
=i follow the guard to the Medbay, where I see Scythe being worked on. i see the blood and tears form=
Kurbis!

=i try to go to him, to make sure he's alright=

=Xazhi sits in a chair in the corner, holding Kurbis's helmet=

Come on, you son of a bitch. Dont you fucking die on me...

(Lana)
=i make it to next to Scythe. i grab his hand in mine=
Kurbis? Kurbis, wake up, please.

=The doctor looks at her=

Doc- Itll be no use. He's out cold. We need to lower his heartbeat and induce a coma so [insert medical explaiation here]. He'll be out for at least a few days.

Xazhi- Lana, dont worry. He'll be alright. I know it. He may look like a goofy kid, but he's been through the ringer a few times and hasent given up since.

(Lana)
No, no, you can't die. Not like Matt. Please, Kurbis, wake up.

(He pats the ground next to him and the dog sits next to him)

(Lana)
=i shake Scythe a bit=
C'mon, don't do this to me, please. Wake up, Kurbis, wake up.

=i put my head down, trying not to cry=

=The doctor helps her up=

Doc- He needs to rest. He wont be awake for at least a few days. And he wont be up and about for a week, minimum. You should get some rest yourself.

(Lana)
=i slowly walk back to the room and lie down on the bed=
He can't die...he can't die...

=i fall asleep=

(Dormii)
=i don't realize it, but i fall asleep half-inside the Cyclops=

=Justin and his Squad patrol for a little bit. Then go to bed in the Vulture.

David was lying in his room, rubbing his head. He looked up at the ceiling and groaned out loud as it seemed to be rather blurry, and move despite David keeping his head still. He got up --or at least tried to-- and noticed his balance was off. He struggled to stand, walking over to the bathroom to rinse his face off with water.

Upon turning the faucet on, his legs gave way, causing David to smack his head on the counter in front of him. He immediately fell unconscious and the team rushed over to help him, carrying him over to the medbay.

They knew that their leader would want them to continue the mission without him, so they did. David was left alone in the medbay on the Trophaeum while the squad ventured off to track their VIP, Nikolaus.

Son of a bitch I fucked up bad, should have focused more on the battle...at least I kept my promise, I'm not dead and I'm still in one piece.



Tar:

=walks into the med bay=

idiot... That bitch has turned you into a wuss, your not fit to fight... not anymore anyways...

=he sees Scythe's hand twitch=

either way...you'll still be in here for a few days.

"Collins, bring your Hog up please." I run over to my Hog and start it up, and drive it over. The Technician looks at the leader of the FOB. "We are going to test the A.I on this Warthog, and see if it works."
"Go right ahead tech."

=I wake up and see Christina is still sleeping=
=I retrieve my helmet to see a Waypoint in the middle of it=

Ehh.. More walking..

Scythe:

I must. wake up. for her............



=his hand moves=

(Lana)
=I wake up, wiping away the dried tears and getting up=
I don't know what to do... I guess I can check up on Kurbis...

=I walk out of my room and head towards the medbay=

(Dormii)
=I wake up partly in the Cyclops, soreness showing up from the awkward way I fell asleep. I get up and stretch before falling asleep again in a more comfortable position=

Tar:

=he walks out of the med bay=

I should go talk to Xazhi...

(Lana)
=i see Tar-tun leave the medbay. i walk in and go sit down next to Scythe=

Scythe:

Lana can you hear me!?

(Lana)
=i lift my head when I hear him speak. i grab his hand=
Kurbis? Kurbis, you there?

Lana! I'm almost there! I need to wake up! Wait for me!

No I'm losing her! I'm falling back asleep!

You can sleep when we get there...

The Technician walks up to me, and shows me the A.I Module. "This will be attached to the engine of your car." I nod. "Make sure you know how to control a A.I, and if you have a problem. Shut the car off." I nod again.

(Lana)
=i squeeze his hand back=
Kurbis, wake up, please.

=i put my other arm around him in a hug, my head on his chest=
Please.

No, I won't fall!

=My eyes fly open=

=i look up at him=
Kurbis!

=i smile and hug hum tighter=

I'm... so... tired... Lana...

=I force my self to remain awake=

=i nod, smiling=

=i give him a small kiss=

=I fall away=

=i stay there, hugging Scythe, losing track of time. At some point i return to the seat and fall asleep, waiting=

(Christina)

(Me)

=I smile and put her down=

=I look at the Waypoint again=

Should be there soon..

(He breaks from his meditation)
(He feels the warmth of the sun surround him)
(He opens his eyes. The dog sleeping next to him)
(His vision still grasping onto him)
(He stays there and watches the lake)
