I honestly don't know what to tell you. Between the classified info and the ONI censors, not much.
Well, before I became a SPARTAN-II, I was just another boy from Biko. Not much of a life, since we weren't that well off.
Can't really say much else. I went through the hellish SPARTAN-II training, and was much better than most.

Thats when ONI Section 3--at Halsey's permission--stole me away to a secret location, and I still don't know where I
was.I was officially erased from the system. I was still a SPARTAN-II, but now I don't really exist and never
existed. Then I got trained to do some really dirty stuff for ONI.

After that, I entered Black Team. We don't exist, yet we are still called SPARTAN-IIs. We do stuff that normal Spartans
never do, but thats all I can say about that. I'm the marksman, so i have the sniper skills that the others don't. I'm also
the clowny guy, but SOME people can't tolerate it (yes I mean you Aaron, sir).

Jack is a wierd character, even for a SPARTAN-II. He's not exactly understanding. ONI has talked to him on multiple occasions to tone down his lone wolf tactics, and act as a team player. But he gets the job done for his team.

He is a bit aggresive when his patience is challenged, and that has gotten his team a lot of success. When taking on Insurrectionist cells, he was their primary interrigator, since ONI didn't provide them one. More than once Aaron--S163-- has had to tell Jack to restrain himself in said interrigations. What happened in those interrigations has never been disclosed to ONI.

Jack is no psychopath, but those behaviors are concerns to ONI, but his performance has made those concerns out of the question. He does his job, but we don't really have to worry about him going over the wall.

Bio:

Growing up on Hydra III, Aaron lived with the remnants of the Hydra System Massacres. The sight of old, battered vehicles littered the landscape around him.

His parents, two of the remaining survivors of the massacres living on Hydra III, told him horror stories of what happened at the time. Aaron has gotten small nightmares from these stories.

His record as Black Team's commander has thus far been impressive. His frustration, however, has put the team at risk on two occasions, but the results have far exceeded the problems.

A resident of the mother planet, he never really knew much about the Insurrectionist war, apart from his father's stories. He still remains much in touch with his ancestor's roots in the Philippines.

He's a genius with high explosives. No one on the team can match him, bar Lucas. When something needs destroyed, all you have to do is say the word and he start a fireworks display.

He is however snippy when pressured too much, and can be a bit stubborn at times. But he gets the job done and thats all we care about

Alexsander is a different kind of Spartan. He's gifted with vehicles, phenominally gifted. His skills as a pilot are rivalled only by mainstream UNSC pilots.

And like most Spartans, he's great on the ground and in the thick of the action. This is a rarety to get a skills mix like this in one man in the UNSC.

But his great piloting skill is somewhat detracted by his impulsivity to do things that are risky. This doesn't hinder his piloting, but it does interfere with ground operations, but that may be due to his Russian heratige.

Kait is nothing short of a computer prodigy. She has made most of our techs look like they just came out of high school. She has, however, come dangerously close to aquiring classified data.

But that doesn't detract that she also is a great on the field tactician, when Aaron does not think of anything fast. She's good at what she does, and she hates to be contradicted otherwise.

She has also told to take everything easy, since she has a hard time not taking offense at anything about her. But she does do her job, and thats all we care about.

Jeremy is a big guy, even for a SPARTAN-II. He makes his teammates looks smaller than a Spartan. He carries heavy weapons like they were nothing to him.

An assault rifle feels like a sidearm to him, and often feels like that to him. He's quiet, but he does follow orders, and thats all we need to satisfy us.

Keep him in combat though. He's getting too smart for his own good.

Me: What to really say about my meeting with Jack? Was it Fate? Or was it just a coincidence? I'll probably never really know that much at all.
But he was right about one thing...I was the last person anyone on my team who would look likely to snap.
Everyone saw my public face: calm, assuring, and slightly happy.
My private life was much different they thought, even though we shared almost everything as a team.
No...that never really happened with me.
I never really ever wanted to trust anyone with my black past.
Its the kind of dirty secret that I'd never like to tell.

Pre- Indoctrination:

No noticable signs of any 'mental disturbances' thus far. This may be too early to spot anything, yet.
Just observe and report anything, that's all.

Indoctrination:

We have seen no signs of anything changing from our first reports, but we'll of course, be watchful. He is coping well and seems to be okay, but we'll be watching.

Post-Indoctrination/Start of service:

Starting to show early signs of Multiple-Personality Disorder. We'll observe and put up measures just in case he goes, in lay man's terms, 'off the rails.'

Mid-Service:

Early signs of previously stated observations have faded for the moment, as his serivce as a Spartan seems to act as a sort of medicine to stop those signs from popping up. We have inerviewed him, and says his service is "cathartic and cleansing, making me able to rest easier." That may be true, but we'll be watching.

Post-Transfer:

We, my colleages and I, have started to notice a resurgence of his Multiple-Personality Disorder symptoms, and are worried that any lone-wolf operations may bring about a full-fledged personality change; and not for the better. Keep him under close observation while he is in Black Team.

Conclusion:

I feel that any extended period of time may bring about a change in personality, and that one slip will send him over the edge. This is a dangerous cocktail, and hopefully I'm proven wrong, or else he might get himself in danger.

Me: I always figured had some sort of issues. But I never really belived that they would be this bad.
Viktor...I would have to describe him as brutally sadisitic, violent, and incredibly lethal.
I can easily say this is partially my fault. Keeping him lock up in my mind for all those years really hasn't made his personality healthy.
He is me and all of the hate, fury, and resentment that I had kept locked away over the years. And that is not a good mix. Now the question is: when will I lose control of him, and what damage will he do? Only time will tell.

Those first few days were a total mess...The carnage was horrific. Some of my old buddies, they were already one of the many undead. So I shot them, purely out of mercy. They would have wanted that. I took off for the coast, getting out of the United States in the nick of time.

I came to Britian, only to find it just as bad...if not worse off than the U.S. I then came accross the Legion, who offered me a chance to survive. I gladly took the offer, and ended up where I am today.

This is Anothony Masters...formerly of the United States Air Force. And I am still very much alive. So go ahead and try to get me...I'll be sending you to Hell.

GHOST 3 (S-150):

Official records from New Harmony show that (S-150) showed deviant and disturbing behavior as a child. Therapists concluded that therapy didn't stop said behavior. Service has, however, directed earlier behaviors into his work.
