A scout? You don't want me to go stealth, and take out their weapons?

And to be honest, I'm a sitting duck as a scout.

=I decided to step in. I inserted myself into the comm line=
If I may, I have a suggestion. With your permission Inheritor, I can activate Haven's defensive fleet, and have them arrive here, to fight for you.

(Jason)
Seriously? You waited until now, to say that?
=I sighed=
Zeru, did you get that?

(Jason)
Okay Silver, have the ships launch. and meet us here.

=I addressed zeru again=

And who the hell is Revar?

(Silver Light)
Very well.
=I linked into the ship's long range communications, and contacted Haven's network, using my authorization codes=

This is Haven monitor 376 Silver Light. I am authorizing the launch of the fleet. Six ships will launch, and gather at these coordinates, and await further instructions.

*Haven-- Ship Yards*
=The six ships awakened, power returning to them. Dormant no longer, they begin to rise from their towers. They made for the exit to their world, rising to defend the Inheritor. The light from the sun catches on their hulls, and they shine like silver swords. They left Haven, and entered slip-space, cutting into it like blades. Minutes later, they arrived in system, and take positions near the Serenity, and the Trophaeum.

(Jason)
=I watched as the ships gathered around us. They dwarfed my ship, and I was glad they were here to help=

Wait, who's piloting them?

(Silver Light)
=I accessed the six ship's computers, and took control=

I am.

=People in the cities stop and look up to the Television screens on the sides of some of the tall buildings to a live video feed to the outside of the Obsidian Wolf. They see the Fleet gathering. They get worried. Whispers begin going around. Lori and the Kid go off to find Delta, who was just coming out of surgery. At the same time, 'Revar and his fellt exited slipspace near the Trophaeum. They payed no mind to it, and took their place in the wall of ships, ready to defend the Obsidian Wolf=

(Dormii)
Hey! Anyone know of a place to stay or eat?

=One of the XNNO women gives him directions to a nearby hotel=

(Silver Light)
=Another fleet of ships had exited slip-space, on the opposite side of the system, and joined the wall of ships around the space station=

Do you want me to fire on them yet?

(Jason)
Not yet. Wait until I tell you.

(Dormii)
=i nod=
Thank you miss.

=i turn and start walking, following the directions. I motion for Draco to follow=

=The people in the cities looking up at the screens begin to realize exactly what was before them: a forerunner fleet. They knew that if that fleet fired, it would be the end of their species. The talking becomes louder=

=He follows=

=He sighs=

Well, where else do we have to go? We have no transport yet, so we can't go anywhere.

=we get to the hotel. i walk over to the front desk=

Are you sure? I could fire, and take them all out.

Absolutely not. I will not become what we are fighting. And neither will you.
=I paused for a moment=

However, target their engines, and weapons. If we have to fire, then fire to disable them, nothing more.

=He nods=

Yes, I realize that,

=The XNNO man at the front desk types something into the computer, and a window pops up=

FD- Yes, we have rooms available on the 3rd, 5th, and 7th floors. Would you like to book one for the night?

(Dormii)

=the plates ripple slightly, but mostly stay still=

=He sighs=

Against everything that my fibers are screaming.

=i turn back to the man=
There you go.

=The man types something else into the computer, and reaches under the desk. He takes out two keys, and hands one to each of them=

FD- Here are your keys. Enjoy your stay.

(Dormii)
That's it? No payments or anything?

=i grab the keycards and hand one to draco=

=He takes his keys and heads off=

I need some rest.
And some more time to think.

FD- You can do that now if you wish. Typically guests pay when they check out.

Silver, have the ships move into position around the Trophaeum.

(Silver Light)
Affirmative.
=I had the ships take position around the Trophaeum, and a circle was formed=

(Jason)
=I opened a line to Zeru=

Hey Zeru, we have reinforcements. What do you want me to do?

FD- Oh, its quite alright, Mr. Fortuni. You are considered something of a hero to us here.

=He smiles=

Eh, it's tempting, really. But I think I'll have my ships take out their weapons and engines. I'll cripple them.

=Delta leaves the hospital helped by the SS. They head back to the Hanger, and up into the Comet. They enter, and head up to the bridge. The Azure Comet heads out of the Hanger of the OW, and the doors slam shut behind it. Instead of taking its place in the wall, the Comet floats in front of it, facing broadisde. He sends a Comm to the other ships=

Del- If there is any chance of saving our species... I will gladly take the blast myself...

=There is silence among the 808th fleet=

(Jason)
Silver, power up weapons, but do not, I repeat, do not fire. Target the weapons of the ships, and only their weapons. Fire on my command only.

=Delta stays on the Comms=

Del- The moment the Comet falls. Open fire with everything you have...

=Just then, from behind the Trophaeum, 1000 or so UNSC ships come out of slipspace. Among them is the Doubt and Trust=

Del- UNSC! OPEN FIRE!!!

=The ships begin firing massive broadsides into the UNSC fleet. They return fire=

=Sensors filled with the UNSC ships=

Oh, shit. Silver, open fire! Disable those ships!

(Silver Light)
Firing now.

=I fired the ships weapons, and lances of blue light crossed the dark of space. The beams struck exactly where they needed to hit: the weapons. Well, the weapons pointed towards us and the Inheritors friends anyway=

Del- What the fuck! None of our weapons are working!

=Comms erupt with the ships having the same problem. Delta looks at the veiwscreen in time to see X No Alpha's ship go down, unable to return fire at the UNSC. Delta drops his head into his hands=

Del- Its over.....

=the troph charges it's haddren cannon but instead of firing at the 808th turns and fires it at the unsc slamming it's fleet head on=

=UNSC ships swarm the Defenseless Obsidian Wolf, using everything they have. About a hundred of the ships fire massive amounts of MACs into the Hanger doors, and force them open. 10 or 12 land inside, and soldiers pour out. Delta resists the urge to self-destruct the ship manually=

Del- I... I cant watch this.....

(Jason)
=I watched as the enemy fleet, now defenseless, got butchered by the UNSC. The UNSC even landed ships onto the space station, and I had a good guess as to what they were going to do=

Dammit all.

=I made a choice=

Silver, move the ships into position, next to space station. Have them disable the UNSC ships as well, and defend that station.

=I saw the look Miranda gave me=

I won't stand by, and let the UNSC commit genocide.

=we are waiting at the back of the UNSC fleet. We managed to fool them into thinking we were UNSC as well. For once, I am glad I didn't paint over "ATLAS" on the ship's hull. i turned to the crew=
I knew it. Purge the AI and shut down comms. Scramble all fighters and boarding crews. Hit the UNSC where it hurts the most, right in the balls.

=the carrier opens fire with it's MAC and missiles, hitting the closest UNSC ships. Fighters and bombers pour out and start attacking from the rear of the enemy fleet, ripping open engines and hill plating=

=UNSC marines and ODSTs flood into the Obsidian Wolf. The XNNO men, women, and children are all panicking, trying to get out of the streets. One of the squads forms a line, takes aim, and opens fire into the crowd. People began slipping and falling in the blood. On the outside, the UNSC were really giving it their all. Delta wacthed the painful sight through the viewscreen on the Comet's bridge. He hears clicking behind him. He turns to face a squad of marines. He does not fight, or say a word. They take him to the Hanger of the Comet=

=Again, I saw a strange sight: the rear ships in the UNSC fleet, opened fire on their own=

Well, looks like today is full of surprises. Silver, how's it going on the new ships?

(Silver Light)
=I had finished with my tenth salvo=
Over 40% of the new fleet's ships have been disabled. Our fleet is now defending the station, and I have deployed the ships sentinels to aid in population defense.

(Jason)
Wait, those ships have sentinels?

(Silver Light)
Yes, as part of their personnel defense. They will defend the civilians on the station

=Gunshots ring out all throughout the cities as squads of Marines and helljumpers fire Assault rifles into the crowds. They were there to kill. They had loaded Armor-Peircing rounds. They tore through countless bodies as they fell like dominoes. The white-green blood formed streams to the drainage sytems on the streets=

=i had barely gotten any sleep when i heard gunfire. i quickly got up, grabbed my gear, and ran outside. i started shooting at the closest UNSC marine squad, cutting them down. the panels on my arm lock flat as i run towards the marines, the arm blades opening=

Keep shooting! I don't know what is going on but make sure those UNSC fuckers die!

=the MAC fires and cuts two ships in half, one goes critical. the PDW are firing constantly, spraying autocannon rounds everywhere. a few missiles get through and hit the ship, but it stays standing=

=Over 60% of the "UNSC" ships had been disabled, and the sentinels I had the ships deploy were now defending the residents of the station. They fired upon the UNSC troops=

=The Kid ducks a laser beam of some kind as it takes down a squad of Marines. He and Lori were running down the street when they saw Dormii near a hotel=

Kid- Dormii! What the hell is going on!?

=He looks up and sees more of the flying robots=

Lori- What the hell are these things!?
