I put my clothes on a rock, and then sat down next to them. I had a body with me, one of the bandits. I was skinning him. Making sure not to make him bleed everywhere, I had already dug a shallow hole. I was almost done, The scalp was giving me trouble. Took me a few tugs to get it going, then I had his whole body skinned, cleanly too, I might add. I rolled his body, now pretty much completely exposed, off the remaining skin. I laid out the skin nearby, I would wash it later. Now I began stripping the muscle off the body. I had to do it delicately, I didn't want to mar the bone. Besides, the muscle could be used as bait. I stripped the tendons too, you could make string from it.
The fat kept getting in the way. I must have thrown twenty pounds of adipose tissue to the side, It would smell soon, if not already. I forgot about the organs. Iggh. I fashioned a shovel out of some branches and scooped out his liver, his kidneys, his intestines, by god did that smell. His bladder was last, it's smell was, gut wrenching, I threw up. Twice. I disposed of the Bladder as far away as I could, short of throwing it into the ocean. I buried it in the sand. I came back to my bloody work, and finished removing the organs. This was bloody work. After I had removed all the organs, I continued to strip the body of it's muscle.
After some time, I had finished removing the muscles and tendons from the body, I placed the muscles all in one pile and the tendons in another. The bones I set aside, leaving but scraps of flesh, the bones would be useful. I used the skin to transport the bones, tendons, and muscle to another area, closer to the ocean.

I had moved a wooden table from the house early in the morn, so that I had a place free of dirt to continue my work. I laid the skin out on the table, gently. I then carefully re-separated the tendons, muscle and bones. I took a sponge and began to scrub the bones, rigorously removing the fleshy bits that had been left behind, and cleaning the bone.
After some time, working in the cold, it began to snow. I must've been at it for some time, because it was already midday. I had cleaned, the bones, fashioned string out of the tendons, which took a while as it is very difficult, and prepared the muscles. Bones could make for very useful tools, string made from tendons is very strong, though not the strongest. The muscles were bait. If you take a survival class, or try to learn how to survive, the first thing you learn is how much blood it takes.
You cannot survive in the wild solely on vegetation. No, you need meat, and the only way to get meat is to kill. Killing an animal is the worst experience one can have, especially if you have to get up close and personal. I had to beat a bull to death with a hammer. Hearing the death sounds of an animal is gut wrenching. But I needed to survive, and it was either starve, or kill the bull. I liked living thank you very much. If a Bull had to die, it had to die. you could say that I'm a survivalist, there is almost nothing I wouldn't do to survive. Almost.
As I washed and dried the muscle and put the last of it in a bag, I looked out to see. I had bagged all the materials. No trace of blood could be seen, on me or the ground. It also began to rain, lightly. This day was going to be interesting.

Believe it or not, I was lost in thought. I couldn't stop thinking of a friend I had left behind in what used to be the US of A. All the time we spent together, surviving, getting to know each other. That was a millennia ago, or so it felt. Now, I was in the best shape of my life, I've fought against odds that would've killed lesser men. I sighed. I was going to take the group west, and then north. There was a camp in the mountains, set up by Caesars Legion. The Legate knew me, hopefully he wouldn't report my whereabouts to the Caesar. The man wanted me dead. Not that I blamed him. Well, I could, actually.
The Caesar had captured me and enslaved me. They forced me to fight in an Arena, against other slaves, and on occasion other Legionnaires. The salves weren't difficult to fight. Moreover, if we didn't fight, they would kill us. Fight to the death, win, get rewarded, lose, die. I strongly disliked being in that camp as a slave. I fought and killed many slaves and Legionnaires. Learned many survival techniques from other slaves.
I eventually killed my 'slave master', was given a place in the Legion, played along for a time, and then killed the group of soldiers I was with and the commanding officer. That's essentially how I escaped. Caesar found out, and sent assassins after me. I've killed nine so far. They travel in groups of three, and are generally heavily armed. They were experienced trackers too. They were the reason I came to ireland. It was out of Caesars reach. But lo and behold, he managed to get a camp set up here.
From what I've heard, camps have been popping up randomly along the coasts of europe. Groups of four or five. They were all 'converters' or enslavers. I haven't heard of how successful they were, so if they found converts among the survivors I didn't know. I would've never moved into the light house if it weren't for Caesar and his men. It's why I'm suspicious of all new comers into my life. Anyone could be a Legion spy. Even this BDLA punk. I distrust organizations that I've never heard of. Especially since I've been in that Underground.
Things would only get harder. I dressed, re-checking myself for blood, there was none on my person. I put the bags in a small pack. I picked up the bag, it weighed about 15 pounds. I could've drained the blood into vials, if I had the proper tools. Blood is useful.
I circled around, and came up on the house from the street side. Making sure the road was clear, and checking for signs of danger. Other than a few stray zombies, it was safe.

[Zeru, you need to use punctuation in your sentences. You also may want to consider going back and changing all the times you've said "zeru did this" or "zeru did that" because otherwise it will be confusing for people who wish to read the story. On a side note, never, I repeat, NEVER use abbreviations for words, using "Btw" or "Wtf" or any abbreviation is frowned upon. On another note, you need to add a bio to your character otherwise he is not legitimate and is seen as 2D compared to the 3D characters around him. So stop being lazy and do it.]

I put my foot on the gas and do a small U-turn exiting out the small driveway. The drive way was slightly up hill, so the I had to put the pedal further down than normal. I turned left, out the driveway, heading down the R604. We were surrounded by farmland. Tall brush blocked our left view, but the right, was the rolling hills of ireland, with the ancient stones that marked farm territory. Not many cars littered the road. In fact, I've only seen one the whole time I've driven on roads like these. that was on my ride into Dublin.
Eventually we passed a scenic outlook spot, some cars were parked there. Most of the road signs were written on the road, the ones here were 'slow'. There was a hiking trail that branched off from the scenic outlook area. It wasn't really a hiking trail, it led the beach on the other side. It was peaceful, serene, if not for the fate that had befallen so many, it would be a great place to take a girl to.
The we began to pass the beach proper. the street came right along the sandy area. Not a car was seen.

I looked around the scenery as we went. It wasn't anything really to look at, except for well, everything. My hometown in Arizona has very little green. And I mean, very little. There were almost no trees, all desert and urban buildings. There was almost no life to it, other than this kind of bored, dead-ish atmosphere. It's hard to describe. Anyway, I was still amazed at the scenery of my new chosen home.

=Xazhi looked up into the sky for a while in silence, deep in thought. He grasped his fathers necklace, a stone spearhead on a strip of animal skin. He looked at his sword on his side, his knife on his leg, and his bag on his waist. He jumped off the moving cart without a word, and walked into the woods, his long black coat catching the occasional twig, using his spear as a walking stick. He walked in silence. Eventually he was unable to be seen by the cart. He looked forward into the sky as he walked back southeast. After a long walk, he came back to the Azure Comet. He set sail, and made the long journey back to America. His journey almost over, he landed in Massachusetts. He left the Comet behind, and trekked onwards, into the forests. It took him a week of walking before he reached northern Nova Scotia, where he found something he never thought he'd see. As he stood upon a hill in the woods, he looked upon the seemingly endless ocean of trees. He could just barely see it, in the distance. He made his way over to a large clearing in the forest, filled with what must have been a hundred animal-skin tents, all decorated with symbols of animals. He was approached by a man dressed in animal skin clothing, carrying a spear like his. Xazhi spoke to him=
Telusig Masgwi lmu'ji'j. Me'talein?
=The man smiled to him, and spoke back=
Gelulg.
=Xazhi smiled as well. He knew that he was finally home, after years of searching. He knew, deep in his heart, that this was his home=

I continued to drive. I didn't notice the kid waving at us. My mind was elsewhere. We drove through a small town, past the beach. Alex was quiet. Garth stared in wonder at the green. Xazhi, Andrew, Xazhi, hopped off the cart. I had a feeling he would. He had been thinking about that boat ever since he first mentioned it. I hoped the best for him. I remembered him talking about his people, the Solun, for a bit when he was apart of the halo-roleplay website. I hoped he found a home, he always said he hated, or disliked, the kisti who mistreated him. I didn't blame him. Psychology taught me a lot, Xazhi's was a classic case. It was typical. It was Human. America, slowly destroyed by the Puritans and it's indigenous peoples cut off from their religion and each other. America, fuck yeah. I didn't like america. It was too sedentary for me. I hated sitting on my ass and learning. I enjoyed learning on my feet, learning from the world, learning from other people I met. America became the land of 'sit still and listen'. I was good at it, but I hated it.
I hated the meat industry, the milk industry, any industry that excessively tortured animals. I preferred to hunt my own game. Prepare my own meat. I preferred a great many things, but in America, you had a lot of things shoved at you. Processed foods were cheap and 'affordable', it didn't matter if they were from tortured animals. Fuck that, I was happy when I realized I wouldn't have to eat processed food. I was released from a burden.
I just kept driving on.

"Garth, he's been watching us since we left the house, he's been moving around trying not be seen. " I said in a bored tone. "If he was going to shoot, he'd have done it by now. And besides, there's a sort of 'bandit check point' up ahead, he's probably just radioing them our position. So wave, let him know we know he knows. I've been this far out before, he's only got 12 shots left in that damned sniper rifle."
I was suddenly aware of the sound of a moped. It was loud and annoying. It was giving me a headache. I turned and saw the kid trailing us, waving. I shouted angrily, "What the fuck are you doing! That's going to attract all sorts of unwanted attention!"

I looked out the back of the Dual Rotor Chinook. My SCAR-L in my hands. "Find us and Bravo a good place to land pilot." I felt the Helo slow down, and go towards the ground. We hit feet dirt. I jumped off, heard a growl, and jumped back on. "Zombies, everywhere!" I cocked my SCAR's handle, and popped a head off a zom-bitch. I heard another rifle fire off, and two more go off. Soon, we were all firing off the back of the Chinook. "Can we find a new LZ?!" "Yup, hang on." The helo went back up.

I switched to the grenade launcher, and tried to fire a grenade, but forgot that I still had to reload. I ejected the empty round, and reached into the cart for a new one. I managed to grab one and slot it in before too much time passed. I looked down the sight and set a range just in front of the Zombies, knowing that it would be behind them once it travelled. I started aiming up to get it to the right angel, the lights on the sight slowly turning on.

"It's a fucking moped! Those are meant to be loud!"
The third green light came on, albeit dimly, and I launched the grenade. It went a bit longer than I meant, but it still managed to shred a good chunk of Zombies. Hey, High Explosive can be highly profitable. It must have landed in some mud or something as well, 'cause a large amount of dirt went up, into the air, and the sound was fairly muted. Granted, it was still kinda loud, but it was quieter than I expected.

=Xazhi was wandering around the woods by himself, thinking about his new life. He was happy, but at the same time he missed his friends, especially Elteg and Misuet. He had been singing to himself for a while, wondering whether or not or not to return to Ireland. He put the thought out of his mind, and looked at the sunrise. He looked over his shoulder at the sound of a stick breaking, and saw one of his friends from the village, Moqwa' Nepat approaching. He smiled and waved=
Kwe', Moqwa'.
"Me'talien, Masgwi?"
=He spoke with little enthusiasm=
Gelusit...
"What has you troubled, Masgwi?"
Nothing... I have been thinking much of my friends these past few days.
"The ones you met in Ireland?"
Yes. I wonder if leaving them was right.
"Do not have such a bad heart about it. I'm sure they are fairing well."
That is likely so, but i wonder if i should return to them.
"You should always follow what your heart tells you, Masgwi. If you should return to Ireland, know that you will always be welcomed here."
Thank you, Moqwa'.
"I came for you because there is a council being held. Apparently something strange has been happening, and the elders want to find out what it is."
Alright, let's go.
=Xazhi and Moqwa' walked back to the village together, telling stories of their past and exchanging occasional jokes=
