Gig- With all due respect, mother, What place could the Humans possibly have on the Obsidian Wolf? The civillians hate them. It could lead to trouble.

Al- Its my job to ensure that doesent happen.

With all due respect, can you truly make sure that does not happen? I've seen this station, and it's people. They were afraid of me, and I am one man, and not even human. My fleet, simply disabled your ships weapons. The UNSC, attacked you in full, both your ships, and your people. Do you really expect me to believe, that you can speak for them all? Thet you, can prevent them all, from seeking vengeance against those prisoners?

Al- They feared you not because of what you did, inheritor, but because they know what you can do. There is bound to be some resentment at first, no amount of moderation can prevent that. But I am sure they will get used to it, in time.

(Jason)
Perhaps. In time, maybe they will not resent me. But we are not talking about me here. We are talking about the safety of the human prisoners, and their future.

(Dormii)

Al- In the unlikely event that they cannot stay here any longer, the Sethalii will be more than happy to take them in. They are a race of non-violent, tribal creatures who live in the Di-Lumnis belt.

=I could tell I wasn't going to change any of their minds. They were fixed, on keeping the prisoners. This conversation, was going nowhere. However, I did have one last card to play, and I hoped that it would work=

If not all of them, then at least let me take the families. The women, the children, all of the families. They do not deserve to live as prisoners. Please, let me just take the families.

=There is a brief silence. Delta gets up, and leaves the room, heading to the Azure Comet. The others continue talking=

Miri, what the hell is going on? We heard explosions, saw blood stains in the med bay......what's going on?

The battle is over, if that's what you're worried about. As for the blood stains, we had to care for some patients.

He went to negotiate with the leader? As in, the same guy that's been doing all the genocide?

Yup. Oh, and apparently, this guy is a man with no morals.

Wait to get back so i can train my troops some more. Yours?

=The talking ceases. Xazhi and Delta stand. Delta removes his helmet, and places it on the table. They face Jason=

Xaz- All of the prisoners, with the exception of those who have participated in Combat, are to go with you. The combatants will stay here with us.

=Delta makes a growling noise=

Xaz- Well, Delta. It was your decision. Be proud of it.

=Delta speaks softy, as if embarrised of himself=

Del- ...It wouldnt be right to seperate the children from their fathers...

Del- The combatants will go with you as well. All thu humans go with you. I dont want one single one of them here.

=I fought to keep emotions off my face=

Thank you. Thank you all. I, am embarrassed actually. I have no idea what to really say. Just, thank you, for letting these people go.

=I bowed deeply, and stood back up=

I will have my ships come in, to pick up the prisoners. They will trouble you no more.

=They all stand, and begin making their ways to the hanger, to order the release of the massive amounts of prisoners aboard all of their ships=

Silver, have the ships move in close to the station to pick up the human prisoners. We're taking them back to Haven.

(Silver Light)
=While I did as he asked, I had some concerns to voice=

Are you sure it is wise, to bring them with us?

(Jason)
They have no home, Silver. Haven, can give them that: a home. Somewhere safe, and secure, where they will get all they need to live.

Though, we will have to lay out some ground rules for them first.

(Silver Light)
Very well. I must inform you though, that the ships we have now, will not be able to support the number of humans currently on this station. We will need to make some return trips.

(Jason)
Or, we could always ask for some help.

Hey guys, I've got some good news: I managed to negotiate the release of the human prisoners. Unfortunately, there's a problem: the ships I have are not enough to transport them all in one go. Care to help out?

(Dormii)

I repeat, I need some help transporting all these civilians. I can call in some transports from Haven, but for now, I need some help. Could you lend a hand?

(Silver Light)
=While the Inheritor requested help, I sent linked with the fleets comm line, and sent a message to Haven. I ordered several transport vessels to un dock from Haven, and journey here=


=While All this went on, the Forerunner ships positioned themselves over the Obsidian Wolf, and dropped gravity lifts for the humans. Meanwhile, at Haven, eight large transports left the planet, and made their way to the Obsidian Wolf=

He says he'll help. Listen, I'm taking these people to Haven.

=while I spoke, the prisoners were released, and guided towards the gravity lifts. From there, they began to fly into the Forerunner ships=

Hey, they need a new home, and I didn't have the heart to dump them all on Olympus. Besides, they won't get everything.

We are getting some guests. For once, this ship'll be busy.

Okay, head down this hallway. There will be rooms with nameplates on them. These are living quarters. Go in, and put a mark on the top of it. Do not put your name there, unless you are willing to stay onboard this ship with known Rebels. We will take you to your new home.
