ZRP-2 Chapter 6: Scattered

"I know James. I know." Was all she said.

(James)
"You know what sucks? The fact that on this boat, you and I can't really spar. All this time that could have been spent with you teaching me how to be a better fighter, and its mostly wasted."

"Could teach you to be a better lover." She joked.

(James)
"I thought I was doing exceptionally well?"

"You are. But practice makes perfect." She teased.

(James)
"Well I've been getting a lot of practice in lately."

"True. Then practice cuddling." Hibiki laughed.

(James)
=I blushed a little, then looked down=
"Actually.....I was hoping we cold practice talking. Like right now."

"Then what shall we talk about?"
Hibiki stretched.

(James)
"Well......for starters, we need to find a clothing store. I don't know about you, but these clothes have just about had it."

"Yeah...they have. Shoulda grabbed more before we ditched the compound honestly."
Hibiki shrugged. "I did."

(James)
"And not just shirts and pants. Underwear too, though I've been better at cleaning them than my other clothes."

"Tee Em Eye honey. Tee em eye."
Hibiki rolled over. "I got plenty of underwear. But you don't wanna see them."

(James)
"Heh, why? Too dirty? Or just not the right time?"
=I lay down behind her, my hand coming forest on her shoulder=

"You'll just want to pull them off and practice."
Hibiki grinned.

(James)
=I couldn't help but kiss her back, the fabric of her shirt between her skin and m lips=
"Guilty."

"Good. Then there's hope." Hibiki joked.

(James)
"Well, hope is what I'm in the business of. Or delivering it anyway......okay, that was terrible."

"Beyond terrible." Hibiki muttered.

(James)
=I rolled away and onto my back=
"Yeah I'm just going to be over here."

"Ok. I'll be over here then."
She rolled over too.

(Andrew)

=I didn't really know how far we were into the trip, but I heard my stomach growl in complaint=

Man...I'm starved...Shame we don't have anything to eat...

=I look around and hear a slight snore, and look to see Sarah was out like a light, and lightly snoring=

Well...so much for a quiet drive...

(James)
"Well isn't this boring....."

Mira snuggled into Sarah's breasts, falling into a silent sleep.

"Nope. Wanna eavesdrop on the kids?"

(James)
"Would you want them listening in on us?"

"Better then another silent night." She muttered.

(James)
"Well I've got nothing except that chess set we found aboard in the closet. So unless you want to whip my ass again in that game......"

She shrugged.
"Then we can sleep while the kids...do whatever."

(Andrew)

=I put up with the snoring for a few more minutes. But, like any man, I reached by breaking point=

Sarah, will just stop snoring. It's driving me crazy.

(Sarah)

=I give Andrew a hard glare, albeit toned down=

You really want to rile me up? After my injury?

=I see Andrew shake his head=

Then either ignore it, or I break something. Got it?

=He nodded, and then turned around, and I try to settle back into sleep=

(Andrew)

=I turn around, not saying another word=

Well...best not do that again...

=I just continue on driving=

(Sarah)

=I look to Mira and whisper in her ear, despite her being sound asleep=

Sorry if I woke you...you okay?

(James)
"Too awake to sleep Hibiki."

Mira was still asleep. She only seemed to cuddle closer, her arms now holding Sarah, as if to stay still.

Hibiki sighed. "Then go do calithenics and stuff. Get tired out."

(James)
"So far, the only thing that's tired me out has been running from walkers, fighting......and you."

"Then I'll tire you out." She said calmly.

(Sarah)

=I smile, and brush a strand of her hair off her face=

I'll take that as a 'no'

=I lay back in the seat and try to go to sleep, and I once again, start to snore. Of course, much to Andrew's chagrin=

Tyler drove on silently. Jennifer wasn't talking all that much and he certainly isn't good at starting conversations.
And it was driving him crazy. He came from a loud, close-knit family. It's sad really. His parents are both dead and his only sibling missing.
But anyway. He turned on the radio. Nothing but static of course, so he just went to CD player. And this came on.

(James)
"Heh....wait, you serious? You don't want to go out on deck and spar?"

"I don't want to throw you overboard. Because I'll make you sleep outside till we get something like soap for you and make you sleep outside." Hibiki said, deadpan.

(James)
"And here I thought I was getting good enough to hold my own."
=I turned over again to face her=

"So, what do you wanna do?"

Facing him, Hibiki scooted closer, resting her head against James' chest.
"Enjoy the fact nothing has gone wrong and we're able to relax together."

Jennifer looked at the radio.
"...seriously?"

(James)
"True enough."
=My chin gently rubbed against her the top of her head, nuzzling her soft hair=

"It's what was in here." I grinned. "If you don't like it I can turn off." But my curiosity arose. Was this a mix CD or the official Cd?

Jenn sighed.
"I prefer Linkin Park."

Hibiki smiled softly, snuggling up.

(James)
=I couldn't really control my hands that much as they wandered over her=
"God, if we hit a town right now......"

"Just when you're feeling me up? That only happens when ypu think ahout it."
Hibiki smirked.

(James)
=Just as I was about to answer her, there was a knock at the door and I couldn't help but groan in frustration=

*Trevor*
"James, we're going to be coming up on a town soon. We should probably get ready for a supply run."

(James)
"Seriously? We already have enough ammo and food."

*Trevor*
"I know, but Mark doesn't want to risk passing up anything good. Plus we're running low on fuel."

"I told you. There goes your chance to check my curves."
Kissing James, she pushed him off.
"Lets go. Work fast...maybe you get to continue."

(James)
"Goddammit......"
=Fighting down homicidal thoughts against Trevor and Mark, I got off the bed and got my gear ready=

"You get Sam and Eve, I'll feel safer if they're somewhere close by."

Nodding, Hibiki rolled out of bed and knocked on their door.
"Girls, I know you both wanna stay in bed and cuddle, but we gotta go. You can go get undressed after we get back."

Eve, who was happily snuggling into Sam's breasts, groaned unhappily.
"And I got comfy~"

(Sam)
"Ditto."
=Still, I rolled off her and got my shoes on=

"Lets get this over with."

(James)
=Weapons and gear ready, I waited out on deck=

Eve followed suite, slipping her own shoes on.
"...We can do more when we get back?" She sighed. "We'll meet you on deck mommy!"

Hibiki smiled, then grabbed her things and met James topside.
"They aren't happy either. Guess we all wanted more time with our significant other."
