=I can feel the shock from the explosive round=
=The explosion covering the entire area and echoing out=

Xaz- HEY! ANYBODY OUT THERE!?

=The smoke cloud now covers the entire deck=

I run faster.

"Once we hit the trenches we are safe. Make sure you don't fall in. Some still have a zed or two."

We come up on the trenches. I hop over one and stop. I turn around and aim.

(Ellie)

=I do a jump and continue out=
=Nearing the shores=

=I arrive in my room and begin packing up=

I make sure none of the zombies are climbing out of the trench, not like they really can, but to be on the safe side. We keep going and hit another trench, I jump over.

"Okay, now we are definitely safe. So, how you liking Ireland so far?"

=I head topside looking out=

Hmm...

I chuckle.

"Yeah, Zombies, cold, explosions. All we need now is a bunch of alcohol and we are set. We are close to the slums. You can stay with me until we get your house built."

We keep moving.

=I pop out my smokes=
=I look at them and shake my head=

=I put them back into my pocket=
=I sit down with Bo next to me=
=I begin petting him=

=Adam signals Xazhi that he is going to use the foghorn again=

Xaz- Rich. Cover your ears.

=Xazhi covers his ears, and the foghorn goes off=

We walk into the slums. We start making our way to my house.

"So, any questions about this place? I'm happy to answer them."

I flip my rifle to safety and keep it lowered and relaxed.

(Rich)

=I cover Bo's ears=
=He yelps a bit from the noise=
=My own ears begin hurting=

=I shake my head=

the boat over the atlantic ocean was rough, storms and bad weather made it a journey that i'd rather not do again. I've been Following Garth, not really thinking, Zombies killing my loved ones put an end to that. Well, sort of. I've a lot of Pent up rage, and my Machetes are always sharp and ready for lopping off heads. Things have changed. I've been working out harder than ever, scavenging for food, surviving, and most of all, Killing those motherfucking Zombies that plague this fucked up planet. I could watch the whole world burn and not give a shit. I don't even know if some of the people i love or care about are still alive.
I had been in ireland before, learning the old language, among other things, I had just returned to America when it happened.
But enough of this, let's get back to the story, shall we. That wasn't a question by the way.

I am bringing up pales of water from the ocean to the houses near the lighthouse.

=Xazhi gets up. The ship comes near the shore. They dock near a lighthouse=

Xaz- You alright, Rich?

=arrives in the slums and heads to ground level sling his rifle and walks around=

I raise an eyebrow.

"Oh, really now? Not even why all of us are out here and not in there?"

I point to the high walls of the safe zone.

I shake my head and move out of the way of a person carrying food.

"Nope. We all want to be in there. There just isn't any space. Don't let the Slummers hear that though, they'd beat you up for not believing in them."

Xaz- Take as long as you need, man.

=Xazhi and Adam head up a small staircase of sorts up to the top of the peninsula, where they see mainly flat land, and a tower near the center=

Adam- Looks safe enough.

Xaz- In this world, safe enough is just enough to get you killed.

=walks past garth shifting his rifle to a easier postion to grab it=

=My ears continue to ring=
=I stay seated for a bit=

=Xazhi and Adam stay there, looking around=

"You would be surprised. Ever been hit with a cattle prod?"

=I think back to the Raider camp=

=I stand up=
=Picking up my cases and bag and head off to where Xazhi and Adam are=
=I whistle for Bo to follow=

=Xazhi points off to the end of the peninsula that connects to the mainland=

Xaz- Look there. Can you see a wall or soemthing? Or is that just me?

"You been hit by fifteen at once?"

We get to my home. I open the door and stand to the side.

"After you."

=Jacob looks around the corner, Pistol in his hands=

Jacob - I haven't seen anyone for a while, Time to head north

=Jacob hears a noise behind him, He points his gun at it right away=

Jacob - Just a rat....

=I still cannot hear much=

What the hell did you just call my ma?

=I shake my head. Trying to get the memories away=

=I enter the house and look around=

=Xazhi speaks up=

Xaz- I said look there. There is a wall or something. I think i can see smoke, too.

=Jacob starts to run north=

Being alone is, Lonely..... I wish my friends didn't.....

=Jacob starts to cry a little bit.

=Xazhi and Adam start walking off towards the wall=

I walk in and close the door.

"I don't mean to pry, but that's what they do to you. And they never speak and they all have masks on, so you never know who they are. But enough about that. I'm sorry this isn't much. I didn't have much time to build before someone moved in next door."

I walk over to the trunk and put the rifle away. I start cleaning my .22.

=I sit down on a couch=

=I follow them, Bo in tow=

"Still. I guess it's better than no home. Want something to drink or eat? I'm sure I have something in here."

I go over to a genuine Icebox and rummage around.

=I continue to run, I start to see something that looks like a city in the distance, about a mile=

I don't have much to drink.... I hope the city has something

=I open my bag and take out a bag of chips=
=I giggle=

Im good

=I begin eating=

"Oh gods, salt. Mind if I have one?"

I walk over and sit on the couch. I have a class of somewhat cold milk and a pudding packet.

(Ellie)

=I give him one=

A bit stale though.

=I shrug=

Better'n nothin

=ends up doubling back and gets into fight escalting to the point where him and the guy have knives out=

=Jacob enters the outskirts of the city=

Its quiet. I hate quiet. Even though I am quiet...

"I'll take it. I haven't had any form of salt in months"

I eat the chip and my mouth is sent to paradise.

"Hallelujah."

I chuckle.

=Xazhi keeps his hand on his sword as they approach the outer wall. He pops a black smoker, and hooks it to his belt. They continue on, shrouded in smoke=

Xaz- If this is a raider camp, we'll want to stay out of their gunsights. Best thing to do in an open field is to create some form of visual obstruction.

=I giggle taking out two bottles of water=

I raise an eyebrow and drink some of my milk.

It keeps me happy during these terrible times.
