=The call ended, and I left for my apartment. Okay fine, studio, but apartment sounded better than a living room with a pull out couch and a bathroom. I don't care how good they say being an N7 soldier is-- it does not pay the bills as well as you'd think. That said, the studio was equipped with a compartment for my armor and weapons, so it wasn't all bad. Besides, my social life was non-existent. Hell, I was flirting with my liaison to Command. If that didn't show how desperate I was for a social life...........=

"Women? Aren't the women in your kind just men with squeaky voices?"

"A question. How many kid's do you have? Oh wait... You can't have any."

This was... An insultfest. It was... Fun.

(Radio) "What the hell are you doing?!!?"

(Off radio) "So, any idea where the Volus is?"

I know he is in this club, because if he isn't, my informant is going to have a lack of a brain when I get out of here.

"That's abit... Harsh, isn't it?"

(On the Radio)

"Hurry up Neurras." Threin said.

"Trying here, just carry on staring at the dancers. Tell you what, why dont you get your own dance?" I replied.

"On duty..."

"You ever drop the book?"

"No."

=I got to my 'apartment' (call it a studio, I dare you) and opened the little compartment for my stuff. Inside was my Kassa Fabrications Colossus Armor X Class, colored matte black and crimson. Also, my weapons: an old M-96 Mattock semi-auto rifle, which Command was nice enough to modify for me. An M-5 Phalanx pistol, a Rosenkov Materials Sokolov Shotgun, X Class. I put the armor on, my weapons in a bag, and left my apartment for the docks=

--An hour and 45 minutes later--

=When I arrived at the docks, I found the ship waiting for me (the name was sent to my omni-tool) I boarded, and 15 minutes later, we left Arcturus, and made our way to the Mass Relay. I swear, it was still an awesome sight: a massive, tuning fork shaped object, with a central area that glowed with blue energy. No one, not even the first Council races, knew how they worked. As my ship grew closer, a bolt of energy shot out from the relay and hit the ship, but not to destroy. The best I could describe it, was that we were teleported to another relay, and it was instantaneous. We arrived in the Verge, and between take-off from the docks, and hitting the relay......the trip took only three minutes=

It's not harsh. He knows how I operate. If he gets information wrong, he is a liability. I don't like liabilities.

"It's still harsh."

I sit back, looking around. Threin was still standing there, watching...

=It was a few hours before we reached our destination. Hey, just because they call it Faster Than Light, does not mean we get from A to Z in seconds. Anyway, we arrived at one of the Alliances colonies, Terra Nova. It was pretty famous in fact: a year ago, Batarian terrorists tried to destroy the colony with a high-jacked asteroid. It was stopped, courtesy of the first human Spectre, Commander Shepherd. I knew him a little: one of the top N7 operatives, a natural leader. Unfortunately, he was killed, and his ship, the Normandy, was destroyed. I liked to think he was still alive though. Hell, he was as stubborn as they came, and tough to kill. Anyway, I was here on Terra Nova, doing stuff in the present. Had to meet my contact, who was apparently in a bar in the capital of, I shit you not, Scott=

I think we should leave before those two with the guns come here, don't you?

= Zeru and Yen head to the front of the club=

=i see the target leaving with a Human=

=i get up from the table=

"Woah, fish breath, chill!"

(On the Radio)

"Threin, target is leaving. Can you... Help?" I ask

"I'll try." Threin said, then cutting the comm.

(Off the radio)

"Damnit..."

=i reach for my Revenant, the cryo rounds loaded=

"Remember the deal? You can kill the Volus after I get what answers I need."

I stand up, facing urm... 'Icey' was it?

I remember the deal.

"So, what's the plan? The Volus has a.. Human friend... Which makes it... Difficult."

No it doesn't. We just run through both of them and grab the one we need.

"As I'm C-Sec, I can't exactly be seen grabbing a Volus. Without evidence anyway."

And I'm a bounty hunter. I can, C-Sec. You take the human, I'll take the Volus. I can probably carry him easily, you would just snap in half.

"You sure? I though you were just incredibly fat. And as for the Human, unless he does something... Against C-Sec, I can't touch him."

I just need you to distract him and get him out of the way.

=i take my hand off my Revenant and start making m way towards the Volus and the human=

"Great."

I stand up, and also begin to make my way over to the Human and Volus.

=sees them following and the c-sec near the door so he throws a flash bang, effectivly blinding everyone before taking off running with Yen outside=

=i am stunned by the lights=

=i start running at the door, or my last image of the door. i knock over several tables and people=

"Shit!" I heard Threin shout.

And that's when I got... 'Happy'? Some idiot had just blinded civilians... Guards... C-Sec. Oh, it was going to be fun kicking the fuck out of him. Then watching the idiot get urm... Punished.

I start running, in the general direction of the door. Probably knocking into things.

=i make it out of the club, knocking my shoulder into it. i spin around and blink my eyes, trying to get them to adjust. I manage to see two figures running away. I take out my Revenant and start shooting at them=
Get back here!

=falls to the ground with a wound to the lower leg=

I shake my head, repeatedly. My vision comes back slightly, and I see one of the figures fall down. I carry on running towards the downed figure.

=i see the Volus running away. i holster my rifle and take out my M-300, running after the Volus=

I arrive at the downed Human.

"Ah, a Human. No wonder you..."

I kick his leg.

"Blinded me. Not the balls to do anything else."

=the Volus turns a corner. I activate my one biotic power and smash through the corner into him. He get's knocked into the opposite wall=
No escape, Volus. The cold always finds it's prey.

=i club the Volus in the head with my Claymore. While he is dazed I throw him back out into the street=

"Well, Mr Stupid. You have just assaulted... Civilians and two C-Sec guards."

I kick his leg again.

"I think that's enough for me to arrest you, do you agree?"

I put one foot on his leg.

=i drag the Volus, who is trying to use some pathetic excuse for biotic powers against me, over to the C-Sec and the human=
Get the information from him so I can kill him already.
