"Squad Alpha, ETA to ship, over?" Said the Radio
"ETA, 20 minutes, over." I put the radio down.

"Okay boys, small op, just us five, we scout, and get the hell out. Is that clear? Good"

I follow his glance

I could be i guess.

I elbow him in the stomach, pushing him away from my door.

Your not getting them back yet though. Prove to me you can fight that thing inside of you

I loaded my SOCOM SMG with a new clip. The ship went up to the Hanger and landed inside. We walked out in looked around. "Okay, hold your fire, unless fired upon."

Its been nearly a year since I posted that message, why choose now to send it out?

(I think about the training excercises in ODST boot camp)

Could this just be the UNSC trying to draw me out of hiding.

(I look at the names now inscribed on my armor)

Is it a trap... or is it a genuine letter of good luck and well wishing?

I might be injured and have no armour and appear to be at a significant disadvantage, but i'm warning you now. Don't even try it.

The door opened. "Sir?" I put my gun up and walk through the door...

I decide i need to find Dormii so i leave my room and go to the first place i can think that he'd be. I knock on his door a few moments later

"GRENADE!!" I dived out of the way. I look to see one of my men tackled. I fire a couple of rounds into the guy. My rebel throws him off.

=I continue to throw haymakers at the rebel=

=Suddenly my ears start to ring and a sudden pain in my legs and abdomen, I limp over=

=i wake up, hearing gunfire in the distance= Ok, seriously? This is getting annoying, all this sleep/

=i get up and put on my armor, i grab my shotgun, modifications and all, and head to the door=

I raise my eyebrows.

Only one thing makes that unbelievable.
