=Ash reconnected several lose connections and repaired a broken start up motor=
This is it... I've tried everything... If you don't work now, I don't know what to do..

=She returns to the terminal and initiates the start up=
O'k... Here we go..

=The machine burst into sparks and spewed smoke, Ash kick the Machine in frustration=
Son of...

=She sighed, the room filled with smoke=
I should let this room air before I brake anything else...

=She walks out into the hallway=

(He fights)
(Fights so hard to overcome it)
Zayne-come on Dante, let me out
Draco-My name is not DANTE!

(He fights even harder)
(The rain continues to hit his back)
(His eyes flicker)
(Red, White, Purple, Green)

(His sight slowly returns, he still cannot move)

David looks outside and notices the Sun, trying his comm again, "This is David, are comms up yet?"

He continues to search for his allies, regardless if the comm signal sent out or not.

=Ash drops her Rifle in the hallway=
I think I should find the others, being here on my own isn't good for my head...

=She walks to the exit to get some air, she spots tracks in the mud=
Did they go scouting?

=She sits by the exit watching the rain fall=
So peaceful...

Draco-NO!
Zayne-Too late

(He feels himself succumb to the darkness)
(The cold pushing inward)
(The pain stops)
(He stands)
(He laughs)

(Probably my last post of the day, unless I get a hotel with free wifi. I kinda sad no one wanted to control Dormii)

=i lay there, as rain falls, still sleepwalking, yet awake. I have no energy to give, yet I get up anyway. My muscles burn, painfully, but I manage to push past it, barely. I start again=

=my muscles scream as I simply shout, much more so when I perform my next move. I throw both ends, and catch the center of the cable before it goes too far. The knife and the hook meet with a screech and a shower of sparks. I pull it back and swing the knife at where the spark came from=

=i swing it again, spinning it on my new knife then my neck. I grab it as it spins on my neck and throw it knife first. I catch the hook on my plate, and pull it back, leaning backwards as the knife flies over my head and back in a circle. It wraps around my wrist, and I catch the knife in my hand before it cuts me=

=i continue like that, my muscles burning, screaming as I go=

=Ash loses her self in thought, she can see nothing but the raindrops gentle patter onto the ground=
Is this going to be our new home then..? I still don't know if what I wan't is here... ''Family''?

=She stands up=
But we aren't safe... We are never safe...

=She shakes her head and drops it in her hands=

David gives up his search and decides to rendezvous with Ash, as he backtracks he looks outside and notices rain.

[i]Already? Wow. A little quick...

(He looks around)
Great, no weapons

(He looks at his thigh)
(The pistol in its holster)

(He looks in the case)
(The mini-gun in there)

David finally reaches the hallway leading to the room and notices someone waving to Ash, so he decides to wait and watch her further actions.

(He looks around the area)
(making mental notes of things in the area)
Hmm. Quiet.
Too Quiet.
I hate the quiet.

=She lifts her head and walks back inside=
[i]I need to find a drink or something... I wonder where to go? I might just wait for Draco in the bedroom, place still gives me the creeps[i]

=She disappears inside the facility=

David decided she must be friendly, so he walked up to her. "Hello..I don't think we've met."

We haven't.

I keep my head tilted back and eyes closed

I know who you are and you don't know who i am. That's enough.

David blinked, "You do?" David looked at her, trying to see if he had recognized her, which he didn't.

Yes. I do.

I open one eye and look him over

I also know a hell of a lot about you.

I flip out a small memory chip, knowing the rain will destroy the contents and show it to him

ONI should really keep their stuff under better protection.

David eyed the chip: He knew what that was. "So what exactly do you know?"

Pretty much everything on here.

I wave the chip again

Which by the way, if isn't out of this rain in the next .... oooh 3 minutes? Will be wrecked and lost.

I smile, tauntingly

"So then you know a lot of it wasn't voluntary, right?" David looked outside, then back to the woman.

Oh yeah. Doesn't stop it from happening though. What happened if i showed this to the others? What if they knew half the stuff you'd done? And then maybe i'd activate the beacon on it, tell ONI the exact location of their little run-away.

I pocket the chip again

Of course if you want it gone, all you'd have to do is indulge me a little? One simple request.

David sighs, "Please don't. What do you want in return?" David understood her reasoning, but was still reluctant to agree.

It says your quite skilled in CQC. Spar with me. Winner takes all.

I wink and stand up

David grinned and nodded. "Sounds fair...Before we start, may I have the pleasure of knowing what you'll do with the chip if you win?"

I grin back

That would be spoiling the surprise.

I step away from him slightly

Ladies first?

David nods, simply standing there and waiting for her move. He stood, as he normally did, so she could not detect where he would strike first.

"Your move." David awaited anxiously. He hadn't had a good spar in a while, his only real practice lately had been his normal excercises.

Oh really? When i said ladies first, i was referring to you.

I smile at him, my eyes closing lazily for half a second before opening again

David chuckled, "I like you. Maybe after this, if I win, we can get a fresh start?" David slowly walked over to her, dropping his holster and knife on the way over, and sent a haymaker to her stomach. Whether or not it connected, he followed up by several quick jabs to her chest, finally finishing with an elbow sent directly above her waist, before stepping back a bit.

I grin as he drops the knife and holster.

Maybe.

As the haymaker comes towards me, i dance to the side. I deflect each jab with my forearms and catch his elbow, twisting it and myself, back-kicking him in the stomach as i do. As he slides back, i turn and slide towards him, using my arms to catch his ankles and pull him down to the floor. I jump up on the other side, smiling.

David uses his arms to propel himself back into a back-tuck, hoping to kick her straight in the back and push her farther, while also getting up.

He then realized he couldn't use strong attacks just yet, she'd have to wear herself out eventually. He threw several quick jabs at various areas of her torso, finishing with a sweep kick.

David slowly stood, holding his stomach in feign pain, "This will be fun." He walked briskly over to her, punching the building -just- next to her. He sent a knee to where her torso currently was, knowing she'd probably duck and his knee would more than likely strike her square in the face.

I sigh as he walks over and when his punch hits the building i leap over his arm, using it as support. His knee connects with the air of where i just was and i kick the back of his other leg just behind the kneecap, forcing him down. I skip away from him

Come on. Do better than that.

David pants. He hadn't trained for a while, and was actually tired. He acknowledged this and took it into consideration, "I'm a little rusty right now...You win, but after a while of practice, I'd like Round Two."

I call back as i walk away

Chips waiting with your name on it whenever.

David followed in after her, "So, fresh start?" He smirked and extended his hand.

I glare at him coldly

I never promised a fresh start. Here's an idea. You stay out of my way unless your ready for round two.

I begin to walk off but my face shines with an idea. I laugh and shout back while walking away

I suppose you could run with me. Meet me at the east end of the compound yard in two hours if your up for it.

David nods, "I will." He picked up his holster and re-clipped it, grabbing his knife as well.

I walk into my room, pulling out my knife and throwing it angrily into the wall.

Hm. I need something to do for two hours.

David walked to the main building, looking at a directory of the building to get a good idea of the jungle surrounding it.

David eyed the map one more time before placing it back on the wall. He patted his leg to make sure his handgun was actually there and took it off. He then dropped to do some push-ups in preparation for what appeared to be a long run.

=starts to work on the main systems trying to get them to work after a few hours they some back online=

guys main systems are online we're good to go now just be careful thes security system might not react as quick as needd

(He stood there)
(Thinking)
Even if I do decide to attack
I will still be outnumbered
and knowing his friends
One will sneak attack me from behind
(He sighs)
(He looks to the ocean)
(He sighs once more)
I will come out again. Fair warning. Next time I will not back down.
(He falls to the ground)
(After a few seconds, Draco takes control)
(He stands)

(He heads back to the base)

=my moves get sloppy, sluggish, less smooth. More than once, the mud drags me down, but I refuse to show weakness to the trainers. I feel only pain and the desire to continue training. As I sweep the hook at a group of phantom targets, lightning strikes me. At least, I think it is lightning. In an instant, my thoughts clear, intense heat forms on my skin, and my muscles freeze=

Jay. Where is she? She came here with Ash. Ash. Where is Ash? I wonder if she will ever forgive herself. Draco can help her. Draco. When will Zayne appear? It has been awhile. Zayne. I want to fight him. I think he fought Torres. Torres. He's dead. Juli killed him. Juli. I need to talk to her again. She's the only one who is like me. But Jay understands my problem. Jay. I love you, Jay. No matter what. Matter. What matters? Jay, love, energy, Ash, water, Torres, Draco, sleep, food, Snow, Zeru, Marcus, war. No. War does not matter.

=the pain fades, I am face down in the mud, the heat from the lightning creating steam from the rain that hits me. My eyes are back to normal, the pupil contacted to normal size. The hook-cable-blade is searing my skin where they contact. I pass out=



(Might be my last post for a while, vacation, you know. I'll be reading, I just can't do anything. Don't let Dormii die, I might sad face :D)

=Ash walked round the empty facility=
There's nothing here...? Just old junk, half of this stuff doesn't even work..

=She stopped and returned to the mess hall, she sighed=
We should of brought food to this place... It's only a matter of time before we get found...

=She sat down at a table and lost herself in her thoughts=
