=i suddenly became very aware of how painful my entire body was. I couldn't speak, just grit my teeth and grunt=

=Feyd was standing in the Hanger next to the Pelican he and his team had come to the Trophaeum on, looking out at the vast blackness of Space and the void. Thinking about his friends, killed on the repair station for no good reason, butchered like animals by that very man- that thing- which his superiors so desperately wanted to have back on their side. In his opinion, they should fire Dormii unarmored out an airlock, or stick him and let him bleed like the pig he was. He was angry, but he knew his duty, and his responsibility to the UNSC, and to Humanity. It didnt matter if he was not one of them. The Humans were his family, his friends, all he had known. He had never even met another non-Human, and though he had no desire to, he was sorely aware that he would have to be the one to break the news to Dormii. Haskell's orders, after all. His angry thoughts festered in his mind as he leaned against the dropship. In his frustration, he punched the side of the vessel, leaving an obvious dent where his armored fist impacted it=

==Planet Srevaera==

=Three days. Three long, agonizing days. Three days ago, the Hylaan arrived over Srevaera, cutting down the entire navy while barely sustaining a scratch themselves. The Platform station arrived soon after, and thus the harvesting began. The great and terrible aliens descended to the surface like Angels of Death and Misery, spreading hellfire and corralling the Srevaerans like animals. They were packed tight into large crates and hauled up the the Platform by the masses, where they would see their ultimate fate. The Tikks drove them into rooms where they were gassed until unconscious, then taken and put into individual pods to be toyed with medically. They were flash-cloned, their genetic data stored for future generations of copies, and sent off to meet their doom. When they had exhausted their usefulness, their pods were brought to the final stage of the Platform, "Mulch". The screams of many desperate pleas and cries for help suddenly silenced, drowned by the echoing sound of Mulch's blades. The subjects were terminated, and when their bodies were sufficiently processed, they too would join the cultivation. Deep down in one of the planets numberless ravines, a mother and her child wait silent in fear, the cold and the dark of a Herac's Cave embracing them, hiding them, for now...=

I quiet myself as the Doctors begin doing their thing. Yanno, the pain numbing medicine injecting. And the other stuff.
I don't know what all else they begin doing. I'm not a doctor.

Gitz woke up and began maintaining his gear. Boot polishing, sword sharpening, etc.

Maybe ten, twenty minutes later they had him patched up. It looked painful to go through. I mean, the rebels had him pretty cut up.

=comes back before conversing with a doctor then heads over to dormii and alphonse=

your lucky your not hurt worse now i think you should get some sleep while you can

I'm fixed, right? I'm good. Now, if you're telling the truth, then what all have I 'forgotten?'

=i look at them, caution written everywhere=

"Well. Whatever happened to your arm. And a couple other things... it being a year lost."

WHAT?! A year?! What the fuck happened...a year? A FUCKING year?!

=i'm in shock, disbelieving that I would simply forget all the time, even if it wasn't just a big con they were pulling on me. I had to wonder what the hell was going on, and if I could trust these people. Yeah, they just healed me from whatever it was that had hurt me, but how did I know they hadn't just hurt me and then wiped my memory. I had to know what was going on. I swung my arm around, my supposedly new prosthetic one that looked like it was made out of some strange metal. I didn't have any feeling in it, I could tell where it was or what it was doing, and I kept swinging it around, as if my arm, my lost one, was still there and it was just numb and I had to work off some form of drug in order to get the feeling back=

"Uh. Buddy. What are you doing?"
He's just swinging his metal arm. I mean at least he isn't getting that sword part of it out.
"Getting a feel for it?"

Hm? Oh.

Sorry. I can't get used to this.

"Well. It's just that thing has various... weapons to it. Don't want you to accidentally skewer one of the doctors."
I give a nervous laugh. I've seen enough blood for today.

"Well. There's only one that I know of. Mainly because you used it... anyway. It's basically a arm length sword.
I'm not certain where in the arm it comes from. Or how you activate it. So just be careful and don't aim at people."

=i look at him quizzically=

I put my helmet back on. I'm not sure what to do at this point.
"Uh. If we get you out of those restraints will you try to kill us? I'm pretty sure those are uncomfortable."

Well, since I was previously wounded, and you have now begun the path to healing my wounds, I'm in your debt. But, if I find a reason to go back on that, I will probably tear you apart like whatever-it-was did to me.

"Right. So, Zeru. Permission to release him? I see no reason not to."

I go over to Dormii and fidgit with his restraints on his limbs. One by one they all pop open. Letting him free. I take a step back.

=i sit up, testing my body, rolling my shoulders and flexing my arm and legs, getting a feel for if there is anything ELSE that has changed with my body. After a second, I stand up, and look around=
Any Covies or Covie tech on board?

"Uh. Why? Does it matter?"

=i nod, staying silent and just stretching my body and looking around=

"Well. The Captain would probably know that. Zeru."
I look at him for the answer. It is his ship after all.

I turn back to Dormii. I didn't know we had any Covenant... anything.
"Well. There you go."

Where are they, specifically?

I shrug.

"I only just got here a couple days ago."

I lean up against the wall.

I would like to know exactly where they are.

"Well. Like I said, I haven't been here for long. So I have no clue where they are."

(Dormii)
I'd like to know.

=despite what I just did, or may have done a long time ago, I am still going to fulfil my mission for the UNSC=

"Yeah... you do seem quite interested in Covie tech. Are you a part time hacker in search of technology or something?"

A hacker, yes. I specialize in CQC and hacking. I tuned some of the programming in my armor to allow for a quicker entry into electronic systems.

IF I told you, you wouldn't tell me. So, where are they located?

That caught me off guard.

"Wait, really? Wow. I didn't actually expect that."

I give another nervous laugh.
