Gitz had a large platter of food, mostly vegetables, and whatever prime meat they served. But food was food, and he was starving. He dug into it at one of the tables.

The dr. nodded. "Understandable...it's your ship so therefore your rules. Would you at least be willing to recount for us what you and James have been doing prior to now?"

Gitz finished his platter of food, and returned the tray before making his way back to his ship. He would have to figure out what his next step was, as completed the task Zeru Hired him for.

The dr. nodded and looked at James. "So your skills are still top notch then I take it?" He nodded. The captain looked at Zeru. "So your the one who invaded that base...we saw your handy work...how would you like to make a contract with the UNSC? We would pay you of course...and you would be aloud to dock your ship at any space port we control not to mention the discount on parts and repairs to your ship. Sound fair?"

=Captain Haskell stood on the bridge of the Guild Naviagtor and hailed the Trophaeum, awaiting a response=

Gitz walked up the ramp, and closed it so that no one decided to send him a surprise visit. He stripped the rest of his armor off, then collapsed unto his bed... well, more of an over achieved cot. He slept the next few hours away.

I was just sitting in my room, cleaning my armor. I had nothing else to do and I'm not the social type, really. I wasn't hungry neither so...

I couldn't handle it. while my body thrashed in the real world against my bindings, my mind flashed back to training. All the violence and anger, it triggered something. I don't know what, but it triggered or broke or snapped something in me, something that didn't happen with the others. I started to relive those days, the years, all the training and conditioning. The torture from the rebels hit something and made me begin again, a fresh start to everything and everyone=

=Captain Haskell speaks plainly to Zeru, touching a button on his console to close something he was reading. He seemed relieved about what he had read=

CH- Captain Ishtar, good to see you made it back alright. Lieutenant Feyd tells me the mission was a success, and Dormii has been recovered. Care to fill me in?

CH- Well, I wouldnt know anything about that. Contact me when Dormii is well again, or have Feyd do so, and we can discuss our agreement.

Maybe I should go see Dormii. See what he's become. if he's changed at all from the killing frenzy he was.
Makes me wonder... why does this Zeru character want him. They said they were friends right? Probably that.
Or just to put him out of his misery. I wouldn't blame him. The bastard's crazy. Just bloody looney tunes.

i stand up from the bed and head for the door.

I left the room and went straight to the medbay. Considering most people do check ups on any rescued prisoners.

=i flashed through my mind, reliving my memories. I experienced the pain, the curiosity, the anger and hatred of my youth, images and moments flashing before my eyes. I went through my training, becoming a Spartan and then later a Viking, the pain I had to endure and the augmentations and the conditioning...I relived it all, going through years of my life in just a few heartbeats. I reached the point in my life where I killed off the frigate, Blizzard's Fury, and my body calmed down, going limp and relaxing in sadness as I emerged back into the real world, tears forming to highlight my arrival. I felt something constricting me and I fought against it=

=i didn't expect anything, but I was scared, the last thing I knew I had jumped in my ship and flew off, running away from the pursuing forces to try and escape, finish my mission. One moment I was there, flying away, and the next I was imprisoned. There was no blacking out period, no...scenes of capture in my memory. Just an instant teleportation=

I walk into the Medical Bay. Already thoughts on how to ask him to forgive me. That I was just following orders.
But other thoughts came to mind. Ones to remind him of the people he killed in his bloodlust. Those people's family won't see them again.
Ever again.

=i looked around, seeing a robotic arm next to me and then also seeing it attached to my shoulder. I was then suddenly away I couldn't feel my arm=
MY arm! Oh gods, what'd you do to my arm? Let me go! What'd you do to me!

I start looking around for the guy, wherever he is. It wasn't hard to following the screams of help though.
"What's going on?"

What did you do to my arm! Who are you people? What's going on!

"That's what I'm asking. Why are freaking out?""

I don't know who you are or what's going on! I just found my arm has been replaced, and I'm FREAKING THE HELL OUT!

"You had that for awhile now or so I'm told."
Maybe he's going through a type of Amnesia? Or forced himself into thinking he's somebody else, as a way to coop? I've seen it happen before.
"Hey. Uh, random question. What year is it today?"

I take step forward and remove my helmet. Easier to breathe.
Or maybe the Rebels did a memory erase?

"No, we didn't just knock you out. We just recovered you from a hidden underground rebel prison. They did experiments on you, I think.
They probably took away some of your memory during one. I'm sorry."

No, no. See, I was just in the Dream of Luck, flying away from the Blizzard's Fury, and now I'm here.

"Well. Consider this. Zeru here, your friend, set this recovery mission up. Along with the help of some of your other friends.
He enlisted a bounty hunter and a Spartan II. All this just to get you back... from the rebel prison."
