(He stuffs his face into his hands)

(He goes to the armor)
(Taking the hardcase and taking out the two pictures)

(He looks at the one of him and his family)
(Then of Ash)

(He smiles and lays them on the table next to him)
(He looks back up at the news)

(He lays back down)
(He drifts back to sleep)

(He hears a kick at the door)
(The door flying open)

(Rebels. The same two from earlier enter)
(They are sober this time)
(They aim their guns at him)

(His eyes open)
(The migrain gone)
(His eyes focus on the two)

M-Up!

Alright.

(He stands up)
(They are carrying SMGs)

Hmm.

(He walks up to the two)

M-You. Are going to die.

M2-He's right man. We can't do it here.

(The man sighs)

M-Fine. Follow.

(The second man goes behind him and shoves the SMG into his back)

(They head out)

(He managed to grab the sheild before they left)
(They exit the hotel and go into an alley)

M-Secluded enough for you?

M-Alright. Turn around.

(He does as instructed and waits)

M-UNSC Scumbag.

M2-You come to our planet. Thinking you can do whatever you want?

(He hears them aim)

(On the top of a building, overlooking the alley)

(A hooded person takes aim at the two rebels with an S2)
(Female voice)

(She holds her breath, aiming at the boss of the two's head)

(She fires)

M-Alright. When I say.

(The man drops)
(The other one looks around)

(He turns around and activates the arm-blade)
(Slicing the person across the back)

(The man drops from pain)

(He checks the first man)
(Bullet through the head)

(He checks the entry point)
(Angled down)

(He looks up. Seeing the figure)

(She sits back)

Did he see me?

(She stays unmoving)

(He goes up to the building she is on and begins to climb)

(He reaches the top and looks around)

(She looks at him)

(He sees the figure and walks up to her)

(he looks her over)

(She stands up)

(She removes the hood)
(Jet-black hair with the white streaks fall in front of her face)
(She pushes the hair away and looks to the ground)

Dante-Sarah.

Sarah-Dante...

Dante-What are you doing here.

Sarah-I had to come...I want to help you.

(He shakes his head)

Dante-Sarah. You cant.

Sarah-Why.

Dante-It is my search. I can have no interference.

(He looks at her)
(Seeing bruises)

Dante-Sarah...what happened?

(Tears begin to fill her eyes)

Sarah-Aaron...after you left...he attacked me...

(Tears fall)

(He walks up to her and hugs her)

Dante-Hey. Its okay.

Sarah-You dont know...You didnt see him...

Dante-How did you get here?

(She breaks away)

Sarah-I took a Pelican...I had to leave. I cant go back.

(He looks at her)

Sarah-I can help. I can help you search for her.

Dante-Okay.

Sarah(smiles)

Dante-Thank you. For the rebels.

Sarah-I saw you were in trouble. I helped. You are welcome.

(He sighs)

Dante-Come on.

(They head off the building and back to the hotel)

(They enter the hotel and they go to his room)
(Before they enter)

Dante-Stay out here. I need to change.

(She nods and waits as he enters)
(As he is changing she looks in)

(She sighs)

(He hears the sigh and shakes his head)

(He finishes changing and puts on his armor)

*WHAT DID I TELL YOU! DO NOT GET DRUNK OFF OF YOUR ASS! What did you do? You did it anyway!*

(He walks out of the room and looks at her)

(She blushes as he looks at her)
(She looks away)

Dante-Alright, lets go.

Sarah-Go where?

Dante-I am going to teach you how to properly fire that S2

(She nods, still blushing)

(They head off to the docking hangers)

(They enter the docking hanger)
(They head into the Pelican)

Sarah-Where are we going?

Dante-I cant teach you with people around hearing shots.

Sarah-Oh. Right.

(They lift off and look for a good place for training)

Dante-Alright.

(They land in a field. trees are dotted around the area)

(Covered in snow and frozen from the temperature)

Dante-This looks decent.

(They land and walk off)

(They look around)

Dante-Okay. Take your Rifle. Try to find me.

(She pauses)

Sarah-What?

Dante-This is scanning training. Finding your target.

Sarah-Oh...

(He shoots off and jumps into a tree)
(He activates cloak)

(Snow begins to fall)

Sarah-Um...

(She takes out the S2 and begins to search)
(Snow lands on her)
(Piling up)

(She tries to ignore it)

(She looks down the scope and scans each tree)

Hmm...

(She begins to shiver)

(He sees her having trouble)

She isnt used to these conditions

(She sees a figure in a tree)

Sarah-I....I..Found you!

(He nods)

Dante-Alright.

(He hops down and goes to her)

Dante-Lets get you out of the snow.

Sarah-Sorry...(shivers)

Dante-You are not used to the snow are you.

(They head to the Pelican)

Sarah-No...

(They enter and she goes to the passenger seat)

(He walks up to the Pilot's seat)

Dante-Are you okay?

Sarah-Yeah...Just a little...cold

(She looks up at him)

Dante-It's okay. We should leave anyway.

(She nods)

Dante-You should rest

(She nods again and begins to drift)

(He sighs and starts up the Pelican)
(They head off)

(He feels the beard that he has grown over the time)
(He sighs)

Might need to shave

(He puts his head back)

Jesus. I am thankful for her to help me

(Shakes head)

I wanted this to be my own thing

(He puts Andrea in and watches out the window)

(The break into atmo and begin to crash down)
(Fire engulfing the Pelican)

(They find a field and land in it)

(He looks at Sarah. Barely even touched)
(He takes Andrea out and places her in the helmet)
(He takes Sarah and they exit the Pelican)
(He had grabbed his right arm as well)
(He sits her against a tree and attaches the useless arm)

(He looks around)

(A waypoint appears signifing the nearest town)

(He takes Sarah and he walks off to the destination)

(They break from the forest onto a town)
(He sighs)

(He begins to walk down the path to the town)
(He sees Sniper towers)
(A barricade with a turret)

(He looks up at the towers)

(He goes over to a couch and overturns it)
(He lays Sarah down and goes off to search)

(He finds a door to a basement)

(He opens the door and heads down)

(He begins to smell something)
(Rotting Corpses)

(As he continues, blood stains appear on the walls)

(He begins to feel nauseous)

This is not good

(He sees tables. Corpses on the tables)

(Scalpels with dried blood lay beside them)

(He begins to hear music)

Apocalyptica?

(He goes to a wall)
(He presses his hand on the wall)
(It rumbles and splits)
(A passage is before him)
(Dark, pictures hang on the walls)

(He goes down the hallway)

(The music begins to get louder)

(He sees a door. locked)
(A terminal is beside it)

(Andrea begins to hack it. Finding the correct word)
(She enters the password and a tumbler opens)

(Another tumbler opens)

(He turns around shocked)

Dante-Whoa!

Sarah-Sorry. Where are we?

Dante-I have no idea. We crashed here.

Sarah-Oh.

Dante-Trying to find out what is in here.

(A final lock opens)
(The door rises)

Sarah-I saw those...Corpses...

Dante-I know...

(They walk into the room)
(The music coming in at full blast)

(Displays are seen. Holding weapons in perfect condition)
(Lights flicker on and off)

Sarah-I guess...

(They walk in further)

(Dreamer begins to play)

Sarah-This place is creeping me out...

(He looks at a wall)

(They turn around and leave)
(They go back through the tunnel)

Sarah-I...I was looking over one of the bodies...

Dante-Yeah?

(They walk into the living room)

Sarah-Well...they all had...like...this green substance.

Dante-Hm?

Sarah-The veins were also popping out...

Dante-Interesting.

(She sits down on the couch)
(He looks out of a broken window)

Dante-Im going to take a look around. Stay here.

(She looks up at him)

Sarah-Okay...

(He heads out the door)

(He begins to search each house)
(All the same story)
(All had the same tunnels that led to the underground "Mueseum")

(He heads back into the main street)

Hmm...

(Night began to take over the town)
(The moon casting its light unto him)
(A light rain began to fall)

(He shakes his head)

(He heads back to the first house)
(Sarah is sleeping again on the couch)

(He takes her and goes up the stairs)
(He finds a bedroom and places her on the bed)

(He finds another room and claims it)
(He takes off his armor and heads to the bathroom)

(He takes a razor and looks it over)
(Cleans it and uses some shaving cream)

(The beard begins to disappear)

Looks like we have to stay here for a bit

(He sighs as the blade cuts him a bit)

Ow.

The search will have to continue when I find a transport

(He stops the bleeding and heads back to his room)

(He lays down on the bed)
(A vision appears next to him)

I know. I know.

(He looks her into the eyes)

Just a small bump in the road.

(He begins to stroke the imaginary hair)

(She can hear the one-sided conversation)
(She sits up on the bed)
(Hugging her legs)

Hmm...

(She sighs)

We need to find transport

(She looks around the room)

This is a.....decent place

(She recalls the corpses)
(The sight of them does not leave her head)

That was just horrible.

(She stands and goes out of the room)
(She walks downstairs for her S2)
(She finds it and heads back upstairs)

(She sits on the bed and sets it at her feet)
(Looking it over)

(She sighs)

(She falls asleep once more)

(He falls asleep holding on to his vision)

(Laughter)

Oh this is like one of those soap operas!

(He scowls)

(He sits up in the bed and turns on the television)

(Pounding the sides of the house)

(She opens her eyes)
(Grabbing from her pocket an MP3 player)
(She puts the earbuds in and turns the music on)
(She goes back to sleep)

(He can hear the rustling from the other room)
(He stands and goes to the computer in the room)

Hm. Lets see what you have on here.

(He starts up the computer)

I have been recording the statuses of each subject. All of these people had been given a dose of my own concoction. As these subjects underwent the proceedure it is to be noted that the heart rate increased. It is also to be noted that many had died on the first dose. Heart Failure, Brain Failure. Essentially the entire body had shut down. I had placed the corpses in the special room in this building. ---Dr. Nikolai Gordon---

Alright. I have changed the formula of the concoction. The problem now is that I have no subjects. Should have planned ahead. I have reverted to using animals. Miraculously it works as to perfection. Some slight changes in the animals behavioural patterns were apparent. More hostile to the others. The main change would have to be in the pulse. I noticed that with the dose. It had slowed heart rate to well. Death. The animals were flatlining. In yet they would act the same way. They continued. To live. Further studies must be made. --Dr. Nikolai Gordon--

Well. It seems that humans have begun to return to the town. The way I see it. More Test Subjects. I have worked tiredlessly to perfect my concoction. Named 'Serum-35'. Other possible names are floating. I have captured my first subject. Injected. Watched. Recorded. As with the animals many of the same traits broke through. I released Test Subject Number...I can not keep track. I feel I am in the low four-hundreds. Anyway. The Subject showed high hostility towards the other potential subjects. When presented with opportunity the town killed the subject. It was a strange sight to watch. More Studies must be made. --Dr. Nikolai Gordon--
